Easy to use + great customer service = win!
What do you like best about the product?
I have used other sites, and had needed customer service and it was impossible to get in touch with anyone. Even though this is simple to use, CS is helpful!

I feel like for the features you get and the price you pay, it has everything you'd need.

It's helped me have a professional way to gather data from my customers, while having the ability to make it aesthetically pleasing.

SurveySparrow is the best and easy tool that our organization is been using for a really long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything not there that we didn't have for our journey, Surveysparrow is all we needed to get success in our feedback loops from the customers.

We are getting surveys done of our platform and also use it when we needed any suggestions about our new product.

"We’re in a crisis of trust… In this day and age you create trust through things like G2 and happy customers, not necessarily through great sales and marketing."

Very useful for school and university projects, best analysis of statistics based on actual poll.

No manipulation as seen on other sites, best analysis based on actual poll. Very safe and reliable for school and university projects.

Constant follow up and spamming mails after use that's all😅.
