Solid, easy to use tool, though not always the most intuitive

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of you and ability to distribute surveys easily via a variety of methods. Also had a relatively robust set of question types at the first paid tier and the ability to add in images to the welcome pages/questions was a nice plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
Found some of the skip and display logic less than intuitive, and once sections were built in a survey, you could not redo or delete them without deleting the section.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used Survey Sparrow to send out internal and external surveys to collect data from a variety of stakeholders to gather feedback on an ongoing initiative. Survey was sent out via email.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use of the interface, the diversity of survey based questions (quantitative and qualitative), the ease of reporting and data collection for individual and collective review.
What do you dislike about the product?
This platfom is not intuitive for individuals who do not have a sciences based background; so if you are a business that simply wants to find an easy way to collect a simple amount of information, the templates and the platform is a little complicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this platform to get a sense if our service-based offerings for our clients are aligned with their budget, values, and scale and scope of their idea for their project. It is a helpful tool for us to get really deep insight into the demographics and strategic needs of our prospective clients.

What do you like best about the product?
I mainly use Survey Sparrow for user experience surveys and user research. I love how easy it is to set up, customize, and send out surveys. As a superuser of Qualtrics survey sparrow is the best solution at the price point for smaller companies, startups, and research organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. My opinion is based on evaluating and doing trials with 15 or so other tools. Is Survey Sparrow Qualtrics? No. But it's head and shoulders better than the "comparable" tools in the category.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
From quick sentiment analysis to more comprehensive user research, we collect and perform detailed analysis which has significantly improved our product and delivery.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
SurveySparrow so far has been a very easy tool to implement and use, and with the best user experience and design. As a creative agency, we wanted a tool that felt up to our standards design-wise, and SurveySparrow was the only tool we could find that even came close.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of the survey builder and the ease of the survey for users to take.
What do you dislike about the product?
There has not been anything that I dislike. If we have an issue or function that we want we contact our Survey Sparrow reps and they fix it for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving resources to conduct research for our clients and not charging outrageous rates! The cost that we save our clients allows us to encourage more research with surveys. Providing us actual data to use to base our strategy recommendations on.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you're looking to get away from high-priced, antiquated research, this is your solution!

What do you like best about the product?
It produces attractive surveys that are a good experience for the participant. The interface is fairly straightforward and attractive on the backend too. There are good reporting features and export formats (e.g. to SPSS, CSV, and Google Sheets). I really like the audio questions, which automatically transcribe the participants answer as they speak. I can see that being very useful in my work. The branching and display logic is good, allowing control for blocks of questions as well as individual questions and answer options within a question. It allows piping. There are options for scheduling emails and reminders. It's easy to create different links that you can use to track the different channels through which you are sharing your survey. After using it for a year in our company of 16 people, we have decided that the features are good enough that we can switch away from Qualtrics, which has become cost prohibitive. I also like that there are options to push the data automatically to Google Sheets. Customer support is also good, with quick answers to questions via the chat.
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only do simple modifications to the style of individual questions (e.g. bold or italics). If you want to change font size, you have to use custom CSS at the survey level, and you can't do it at the individual question level. The ability to code data within the platform is limited, as you can only add one tag field to the data. The automated reports are a bit of a pain to customize. Overall, however, it is a great value.
