Awesome product!!
What do you like best about the product?
It matched my needs at an incredible point, it was a perfect fit. I really enjoyed the features it offered to me, I would use it again for sure! Keep doing this!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't like the pricing, I found it too expensive. I think the free features are awesome but the pro account costs too much, in my opinion. There should be an intermediate plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Answer surveys by all my mates, in the past we had to use google forms and it was not as useful and easy to analyze as it is now. We can make our surveys a lot faster and a lot better.
A simple and powerful survey solution
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use and implementation, plus they offer a free plan. The Pipedrive integration!
What do you dislike about the product?
In general I see this solution as very convenient, in any case the price of the plans can be a bit high, but I understand that it depends on the needs.

The Surveysparrow application gives a good usability with a great user experience which allows us to make the survey very easily in simple steps

Options to customize the survey is limited and visualization of data collected is where it needed improvement

Beautiful and simple survey-creating experience
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the designs that I was able to choose from. Navigation, layout, and color schemes are all very easy, simple, and visually appealing, too. I think it was easy for the participants, too, not just me as a survey admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was really nothing I didn't like about it. Everything worked fine without any problem! When I used another similar survey platform I encountered an error and the questions were messed up, etc., so I really appreciate Survey Sparrow didn't cause that kind of issue. Stress-free.

We were able to understand what our clients feel about our program. Based on the results, we are developing new offerings to meet clients' needs! We are happy that we used SurveySparrow.

How easy it was to understand the product, what i needed to do and how the survey results were easy to read, understand, extract and make sense of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked was the price that was needed to pay to use.

I wanted to test if my premise and hypothesis were correct and fit with my users. As I was able to share with many people and get super easy to read results I was able to understand what my audience wanted and how I could help them.

It's super easy to use and the data that we, as users, receive are great.
Value for money survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is probably the easiest to use out there with multiple format options, especially their chat-style questionnaire is so user friendly and always gets us full and complete responses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support documentation and user support could be more detailed.

We at times need to collect data from potential and existing customers and email experience is too cumbersome. SurveySparrow has allowed us to create a clean workflow to manage this.
