Amazing app but a little pricy
What do you like best about the product?
Multiple survey options that are not available on other apps.it has a simple interface that can be easily picked up by anyone.

On other apps you can get more ways to share to different social media platforms.
Also the colour palette of the current design seems off as it forgos the normal green

Conducting user surveys to test if a product is viable.it is also helpful in college assignemts as tehre are a lot ofh them taht require us to get insights from real people

Clean UI makes it easy to work with, and the interface is attractive for respondents too, which means you're likely to get a better response rate and quality of response.

It's a bit daunting to begin with, but once you understand how the platform is constructed, it's a powerful tool.

It requires some technical skills to use custom CSS features. I was not able to change the image sizes and location with the image questions

Similar services have removed vital aspects of this type of product, Survey Sparrow has a usable free tier.

The embed stopped working properly (trigger on page load).
The emails come from their email with no replyto field set to make replying easy.

We actually couldn't implement their code and to get the survey working on our staging environments. We moved to another platform that was easier but had less options.
