Great survey site
What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to use and do exactly what I wanted in terms of creating a survey, moving between questions, creating alternate endings, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There weren't a huge range of pricing options, so for a tiny business organisation like myself, the free trial was amazing, but the price was too high for just me. However, I'd highly recommend it for bigger organisations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted a professional-looking way to ask my students their opinions about getting back to face to face lessons after the pandemic, which they helped me with.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The website was really easy to use, and I would definitely recommend using SurveySparrow.

the amount of surveys; the surveys are quick;and you get great rewards

I do not like the fact there is not enough times to do it for free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to ask my studentts about their mental health, being able to use it for any survey needed such as when I was doing my thesis, it got to a lot of people so I saw results quickly

The quick and easy access to the website as soon as you become a user, evedything is pretty straightforward and easy to use for everyone and is great for bussiness

How only bussiness accounts are allowed and making an account can be a little more complex than expected from other apps in the same industry as SurveySparrow. H

I like the ease of use. It is very user-friendly and intuitive. It makes setting up surveys quick and simple.

There isn't much to dislike, I am having a hard time thinking of anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Has more features than other similarly priced survey software. I also like the chatbot-style survey option - it is much more user-friendly for building 'mobile-first' surveys and makes for a better user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of archiving and organising projects. If I happen to create project #52 before #51, then project #52 always appears first. Doesn't seem too big an issue, but when you have hundreds of project surveys, you want to be able to find your current project quickly and easily. Similarly, an archiving option to clear out 2022 projects so I can see 2023 projects more easily and not have to scroll through them to find the one I want/ need.

Surveysparrow allows us to build mobile-friendly surveys to thoroughly check participants meet our project eligibility requirements. We can screen people out easily and transfer data effortlessly due to the integration options.
