Amazing for creating and sharing surveys
What do you like best about the product?
How easy and user friendly survey sparrow is. I was able to create interactive and fun surveys and it was super easy to do
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I wish they had more monthly plans to choose from

I am not a computer person but survey sparrow makes creating surveys so straight forward and fun

Slowness and this is the worst survey about survey company I hate this page Because always scrolling!

SurveySparrow is solving the frustrations and pain points with gathering user feedback and human insight through quantitative and qualitative data.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, cheap pricing, intuitive design, and many templates. Much cleaner look and feel to surveys, professional and support is pretty good online and offline documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have much to dislike really. I guess once you sign up you get spammed a lot but that is quite the norm for these type of products and you ca just switch that off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the need for surveys to be answered by clients and I also use it as a mini product ordering form. It saves my "clients" time and m time because I can just replicate a lot of effort.

I like smooth GUI. Surveysparrow gave me that - a good work flow and all the features I need.

Nothing. Works very well for me. Will use it again.

Easy to follow instructions, helpful suggestions and templates.

The Free category did not offer many options for a simple survey.

Just listening to the voice of our consumers - the good and the bad for growth reasons. This platform allows us to hear them.
Good tool to create funnels and collect feedbacks
What do you like best about the product?
The tool works relatively robustly, there are integrations and the evaluation is really super. The support helped me with all questions, even if it sometimes took a little longer.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not the tool that is the easiest to use or offers the best ready-made answer options. Some details are annoying, e.g. that you can't move the answer choices in order... And I had to contact support to resolve initial issues. It did not work as promised.

I collect requirements and addresses of potential customers with the program. Through this I have gained very quickly, very many contacts. It's going in the direction of lead generation and sales automation.
Affordable and effective at fair price
What do you like best about the product?
The price for our use case - gathering answers to a variety of questions via in-store surveys presented via an iPad.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to do an auto-refresh at the end of the presentation without the app version installed. $10 per month per device is too high for our use case.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are just getting started however are currently using it for measuring customer satisfaction of in-store guests. We will use this technology for other questions as needed.
