I highly recomend Survey Sparrow for english speakers and for big companies.

it is dynamic, fast, intuitive, intelligent
What do you dislike about the product?
Some functions are not easy to understand but the client service solved for me. The price is too high for small agencies. You gotta have a Spanish version. The system only translates a part of the content.

Very friendly surveys, that people like to answer until the end.

It allowed me to conduct customer discovery for my university projects. It was very easy to use and gave helpful metrics for quantitative questions. I would say it's definetly one of the best survey services out there on the web.

Nothing in specific. Maybe it could allow for more targeted advertising.

Limit of one user under the price point that I have. No need for me to upgrade, as I don't need the other features.

I use survey sparrow a lot when completing tasks and sharing opinions with other companies. It's straightforward and likes the interactive user face. Better than other sites

Not a lot to say that I don't like - depends on how straightforward the survey is made. My experience has only been positive so far - keep it up and keep innovating your product!

For me, it's the interface. It's very sleek and modern and I love how interactive/customisable it is! Most other survey sites off bland pages, but i like how detailed you can make your with surveysparrow!

The ease at which I was able to create questions. The UI was extremely intuitive, especially for the responder.

I wish the free tier was a bit more inclusive so that we can properly scale as we use the tool more.

Getting feedback from customers. This helps us improve our offering as well as business processes.

Use it. Stop paying extra for a SurveyMonkey or Qualtrics.

We use SurveySparrow to ask qualify potential clients and, using a point system, direct them to the service on our website that is best for them.

There's nothing I don't like, I think it's a complete and dynamic tool.
