Reliable and Elevated Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I love using Survey Sparrow because of its sleek features that really elevated straightforward forms, sign-up sheets, and event logistics. All of its features are streamlined to make your planning or contacting partners seamless. It is also very easy to delegate tasks to your team because of how simple and straightforward the interface was for beginners and more experienced users.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much substantial critique to offer; Survey Sparrow was the perfect platform to use for my small team - conference proposal submissions, meeting requests, and event registration. It is simply out of my budget to continue using with such a small team, but in the future it will definitely be a consistent investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey Sparrow really felt invaluable with the streamlined way I could keep track of data with application materials vs. Google Forms which directly output into a simple spreadsheet. I loved the data points it provides to offer insights into your data

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the block-based survey builder. It makes it easy to visually see your questions and answer types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish that there was an option to have both a file upload and text entry in the same question instead of one or the other.

I needed a survey for my onboarding process in my business, and SurveySparrow makes it easy to have an attractive survey

SurveySparrow is easy to set up and launch a campaign. A lot of control options for advanced use cases

I wouldn't change anything about this product. It's simply fantastic.

It helps with market research when launching new products/features and also understanding how customers are enjoying our products. Hugely beneficial for our needs at work.
Great experience using the 360 degree feedback tool. Solved the problem for my client

Great customer support. I love the quick response to querries
What do you dislike about the product?
the fact that I can't save my progress in the 360-degree survey and come back to it later. My clients did not like the fact that if the network dropped or they closed the browser by mistake, they would have to start all over again.

What do you like best about the product?
Overall, it is really easy to personalize, using this platform and you will feel 100% confident with all the different changes you wish to make.

The version on the mobile is not that great depending on your phone

I needed to use a platform for my master thesis and with Surveysparrow it was very easy to set the questions and get the questions that later were published in my thesis.

Effective, Low-Cost Survey Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is an effective survey platform that comes at an affordable cost. The platform is user-friendly. The platform also has a pleasant design for participants and programmers alike.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little, if anything at all, that I particularly dislike about Survey Sparrow. For any issues in which help is needed, Survey Sparrow has an efficient customer help chat system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving generational problems, as well as finding, constructing, and executing solutions to these problems, using research and organizational assessments.
Awesome Survey Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is really easy to use! It has lots of different tools and customizations we can apply to meet our needs. We were able to use its scoring features to quiz our employees after training events.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of! Its much better than Survey Monkey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a way to capture product research and feedback from customers as well as score employees after training events. It's made our product research phase much more efficient allowing us to gather larger amounts of information quicker.
