It offers many features. I had to spend some time understanding and learning, but I'm sure it was worth it. The potential is just so many, for designers and developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I said, the features are many, but sometimes it is difficult to find them. In some "general navigation" situations the User Experience seemed to have some problems. A further point is to have a simpler initial guide. You don't need a tour explaining the various features. Maybe a folder full of 2-3min videos would be enough in which the features are explained little by little.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creation of questionnaires to be translated into code. No financial beneficion at the moment. Just a "cool to have".
The way SurveySparrow gain customer loyalty is impressive.

Customer engagement and support to its clients.

Not much to dislike as they are trying their best.

Organic feedback is valuable, and SurveySparrow provide so.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, hardly log into the platform as the surveys go out automatically and the software sends me an email each time a survey is filled in so i can keep track of any quality issues we have.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, maybe some of the higher level features of other platforms, but generally it does everything i need it to.

Getting customer feedback in real time.

I really like how intuitive the design of the site is. The placement of tools helps creating sites flow much smoother.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the options of surveys were a little bit lacking but I could still finish what I needed from the options given. More options would absolutely fix this issue and that will come with time of course.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a service to conduct surveys and this site solved my problem quickly.

Surveys For Ecommerce
What do you like best about the product?
I signed up for Survey Sparrow to send e-commerce surveys to my shopify customers. The integration was very easy to implement. I've found this app works very quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I hope that the questions can be customized more. In ecommerce a customer may like the product but hate the shipping experience. More diverse questions can help tailor the customer service experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A general overview of how the shop is doing is great. I was looking for answers and a quick response is better than nothing when just c starting out.

Ease of use and great customer service is what I like best about Survey Sparrow. I was able to create my first survey as soon as I signed up! I have only tried one other survey provider, I like SSparrow best.
What do you dislike about the product?
The log in system is a tad glitchy. When logging in, I almost always have a message that I have multiple devices connected to the system which I do not. Not sure why that happens.

For me, Survey Sparrow allows me to offer my clients a more targeted approach to serve constituents better. I use Survey Sparrow to do needs assessment surveys for religious organizations and churches.

What do you like best about the product?
I use SurveySparrow for annual staff 360 reviews. The setup process was easy. Support is easy. Inviting participation is easy. Highly recommend.

There is nothing that I found missing from SurveySparrow. Every feature works as expected.

Simple and easy to use with a quick learning curve. Probably not so enhanced as its competitor but in the end a good choice for surveys with a certain audience.

The audience segment is not so good as in other programs, this is more a good survey software than a one-stop survey service...Anyway worth it! .................
