I like this online survey platform. This is an industry-leading online survey software with powerful logic. You will Understand customer satisfaction to better predict retention & loyalty. They give you over 250 templates to help you create your surveys. You can survey your employees and/or your customers, using surveys with unique features.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I don't like. It's all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to focus on customer needs, expectations and improvement of my product. Survey Sparrows Voice of the Customer allows me to do that.

to be honest its already pretty good, more features like users being able to upload files will be good.

What do you like best about the product?
I found SurveySparrow to be extremely easy to use. The reports are amazing! This is a great, inexpensive service — much better than the other survey companies out there!
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with some tech issues when I was transitioning from the trial account to the free account. We finally got it figured out. The tech support folks were great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We only need to produce a few surveys a year and we appreciate having the choice to stick with a free account or upgrade if needed. I want the survey results to be super clear and easy to read. SurveySparrow provides that and more!

This is BY FAR the better choice for survey providers available these days!

What do you like best about the product?
We chose Survey Sparrow to receive applications for our project since it offered a lot of customizations that allowed to make it fit perfectly with our the rest of our platforms. The ability to make the survey feel personalized is a huge plus and goes hand in hand with the overall feel we try to give to our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
It{s be great to have a monthly payment option since we have to pay yearly even though we only actively receive surveys a couple of months per year. When creating contact forms, you cannot reorder the input fields without changing the text directly, which interferes with previously recorded surveys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receive applications for our project, and keep track of feedback and testimonies from our participants. We chose this platform over other free or cheaper options because of the personalized feel we can give our surveys and because the layout allows us to create professional and aesthetic forms.

The interface is great, it's nice and simple. The logic part is also very easy to use.
The embedding feature was one of the best things for our team as it allowed us to not code it into our product.

It's a little pricey, and the trial was not long enough. I would have liked 1 month trial to use all the features.

The embedding was one of the reasons why we decided to try out SurveySparrow, and it happened to be the most beneficial part of the tool. The simple interface was just a bonus!

It offers a range of features such as customizable templates, robust analytics and reporting, and detailed data collection.Additionally, its advanced analytics dashboard helps me to analyze the data quickly and gain valuable insights for my UX research.
