Easy to use tool for running NPS campaigns

Ease of use and setting up the account for the first time.

Helps to conduct survey as and when needed so as to analyse the problem and to fing the needed result.

UI, Dashboard is simple and efficient. Running a survey is very easy. Any user can use it no elaborate training needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
More Analysis tools/options. More graphs are needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey - Impulse survey and 360-degree reviews. And other surveys and polls. Automation helps and is effective. We even drive the performance review process via this tool.

Just go for it. cost-effective and efficient tool in the market.
Intuitive & beautiful survey platform
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the functionalities and the different collection options. I also liked the way they displayed data -- it's a beautiful platform. SurveySparrow is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
When my premium trial ended, instead of transitioning automatically to a free plan the survey was taken offline. This was understandable, but challenging logistically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They're creating more sleek-looking forms than Google Docs is with more in-built features and customization options.

Not the cheapest survey software out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is extremely clean and the options are limitless. It offers everything that SurveyMonkey offers (and then some) for a fraction of the price. This will be my go-to surveying product from here on out.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I wish SurveySparrow had is the option to change the upper and lower ends of the feedback scale (eg the opinion slider/thermometer/traffic light)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow gives me the opportunity to generate "warm leads" by asking potential clients about their feelings toward finance and their financial goals. Through SurveySparrow's survey process I am able to identify potential clients.

Ability to launch surveys with real time insights works very well with a new audience specially to engage them in a conversation.

I love how customizable it is. I use it in my classroom as an exit ticket and they make it easy to use for my students!

I wish I could embed this survey directly into canvas for my students, but instead I have to embed into another program then embed that program into canvas, but it still works!

I use this survey as a feelings check in and excit tickets. It helps me gauge how my students are feeling emotionally and about our class content.
Great tool even for lead generation
What do you like best about the product?
Survery sparrow doesn't just stop at letting you create surveys and generate responses. It can also be used as a lead gen tool very systematically on your website. We've been using it for a while now and our customers love the ease of submitting their queries and estimating requirements through the forms we've embedded. They also have a free account that lets you accept up to 100 responses per month and special packages for NPS. The free account provides enough feature to accept lead registrations and to generate interest from potential prospects. I've used many survey tools before and I think this one's here to stay and I'd highly recommend it for startups.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I did not like about Survey Sparrow is their settings to customize the embed output. They have selected settings and sometimes you have to tweak in order to suite the theme for your website. But I would not complain about it as the minimal options they have are curated for the masses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One of the biggest problems it's solving is to provide a tool for small businesses that are not looking to drive bulk responses but are interested in lead generation using online form submissions on their website.

They have a trial offer you can use to test out the service. I think it's worth the effort.
