Great product with a few bugs and excellent customer support
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is very intuitive to use and has lots of features. When compared, other competitors lacked one thing or another. This one has it all! And on top of that, we've chosen SurveySparrow. because of its flexibility. It is good idea to allow users to use the tool in any way they want because our use case couldn't be covered by any of the templates, but we still managed to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product has some bugs. In our case, it was a frozen screen and embedded form not yielding the results. However, everything was sorted out with a help of customer support. SurveySparrow showed us a lot of attention even though we were a very small client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create an interactive and fun quiz to help potential candidates check if they would be a good fit for our company and to showcase our values. It's not what SurveySparrow was primarily designed for, but its flexibility allowed us to do just that without any hassle.

Great Tool for Academic and General Research
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely easy to use with a lot of options and an intuitive interface. The tool is extremely fast and efficient as well. I created multiple 3-hour-long surveys during my Ph.D. research work. Surveysparrow helped me get my Ph.D.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price is a little on the higher side but I think given the options and features, one cant find an alternate tool at this price.

SurveySparrow helps create user surveys with different types of question options. The tool helped me create academic surveys for my research.

Easy interface and does what you need it to do
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple and easy interface. It's clean and I can navigate around without getting lost. It has all the features I need and is straight-forward. Nice platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like some other features, like a career ladder or matrix. Some other platforms come with a 9-box and some other analytics. That would be a nice touch since the data is already there.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need 360 reviews for performance management. Having a thrid party platform take care of that makes my job a lot easier. I don't have to manually set up all the data.
Good tool for a good price
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other tools at the same price level, it has a lot of question types, including slider and heatmap. it allows some very important question logic, such as the "carry forward", which is very useful for market research surveys. The design is simple and intuitive, yet the tool gives an impression of robustness and stability.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be interesting to have some other question types and allow more customization

It meets the needs of market research in a way that some other tools of the same price level cannot, especially in the possibilities of question logic. So it optimizes the researcher's job and allows for a better analysis

Easy to use platform. Drag and drop templates. Easy to share and preview before publishing. Can collaborate with team members.

Some features are paid. There were some question templates that I was not able to access.

• Templates: I love the number of different templates, which fastens the work
• Question formats: the sheer number of question formats is impressive
• I find the interface to be generally appealing and easy to use
• Also, the number of settings is something worth mentioning. User management, security settings, domain configuration, and many more. Other tools I used don't provide as many details in their config

What do you dislike about the product?
There's a bit of a learning curve required for the question setting. All the options are nice, but it takes a bit to learn how to customize stuff.

I used SurveySparrow to do a few questionnaires for my colleagues and general research. It isn't much, but it has helped me to deliver the results. So:

If you are looking for a solution that can be customisable and scalable as well as simple, then SurveySparrow is for you. Applause on security settings.
I used other similar survey tools and they don't offer as much scalability as the SurveySparrow does.
