Easy to use survey platform with great functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
How easy SurveySparrow is to use - very straightforward
What do you dislike about the product?
Number of respondents limit - I would expect a greater limit of respondents for price

We need to learn more about our player experience and SurveySparrow provides us with a platform to collect this data

Better Forms, Better Insights
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow has probably one of the most comprehensive suites of tools for form-building and analytics. Not to mention all of the integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the quarterly billing cycles.

Great way to gather forms. Much better value compared to Typeform.

My point-of-contact at SurveySparrow was unprofessional and not attentive to our requests.

Collecting and analyzing data from our survey participants.

I loved the free trial and different/creative formats for gathering information.

Some aspects of the creation process were a bit redundant.

Creating an interactive survey, this benefits me by being able to creatively collect data for my project and engage users along the way.
Powerful yet simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow offers many question types to fit almost any need, plus powerful logic tools to tailor the experience to each respondent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While it offers many customizable features, there are some limitations on reporting that prevent us from utilizing the data most powerfully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps us understand commonalities amongst customers by cumulating data about them. They can comfortably share their opinion, and we use that data to inform business decisions for the future.
Easy to use but very powerful and configurable feedback tool
What do you like best about the product?
We liked the templates and the survey-taking experience of Survey Sparrow. The lead collection template was concise and engaging, there are multiple other great templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
A monthly billing option would have been a great addition to SurveySparrow. Even though the prices are very reasonable at the quarterly level a pay per month option would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey sparrow is helping us collect information on our landing page for inbound customer leads. This benefits us by adding to our lead pipeline and not having to build that infra on our landing page.

What do you like best about the product?
adding Gifs as part of the process. Helps convey the message with a fun twist. Allowing the backgrounds to be customized is also another big win for me. Also, very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
So far the only thing that I would like to see added is a way to show a message without the user having to press "next" For example... "Did you like our services?" if the customer entered "yes" then the next screen will display a gif for an X amount of time, then proceed to the next question automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gaining insight on where we need improvement. Getting feedback from our client's perspective is very important nowadays. We've increased productivity because of these surveys
