The absolute friendliest survey tool ever!
What do you like best about the product?
This platform combines the power and insight of survey automation with other business features. This platform allows you to reach your audience in multiple ways, for example, through email or QR codes on flyers. The best part is that with this platform, you do not have to send out surveys manually. You can import contacts using a CSV file. Everyone who receives an email from you will receive a link to the study.
What do you dislike about the product?
To fully understand the features of this tool, you need to take your time. Sometimes it cannot be easy to navigate through all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a result, I have higher user engagement, which means users can complete the survey in one sitting rather than exiting and then coming back. It also means that I get a higher success rate.

Nothing so far. Its pretty simple and easy to use and quick when creating forms.

I like the easy Facebook pixel intergration and domain verification.
I like the display and skip logic and the ability to copy and paste answers.
I like the option for partial completion.
Chosen because it's cheaper than competition. The other platform got too expensive, and that was a deal breaker.

Display logic could be more complex (Eg. If two options or more were chosen). Copy and pasting answering options would be great!

Easy data collection options with multiple options of sharing the survey with the identified respondents with the help of enabling the survey in multiple platforms
We enjoyed the experience with the tool but we didn't test it extensively.
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to use. My partner is not tech-savy but she was able to create and edit all the questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The branding features were kinda limited. Our website buttons are squared but I never found how to adjust the rounded button in the forms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SquareSpace and the forms are kinda clunky. SurveySparrow was way better and enjoyable to use.

Excellent way to collect NPS!

NPS is the best way I know to measure customer satisfaction, and Survey Sparrow makes it easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I occasionally have my survey marked as phishing, even though I don't collect personal data.

Survey Sparrow measures how my customers feel about our offerings. This helps me pivot when needed or to keep moving forward.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to create questions and answer options and is very user-friendly to do so.

The quota system needs a bit of work but it has improved over the last year.
