Great survey tool for different applications
What do you like best about the product?
Logic jumps, a "typeform" like survey and the integrations to the google suite are my favorite things about SurveySparrow. The interface is much more lovely than something like Survey Monkey for example while still having enough options for more complex survey studies.
What do you dislike about the product?
SimpleSat has a feature where people can fill out the survey within their emails it seems like so we typically get more engagement from there. But survey sparrow is so much more powerful that we do keep using it. The responses area is a bit difficult to use, I wish there was a better way to see the data for each question in a larger view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a survey platform for product evaluations, recruiting for studies and general customer satisfaction surveys to continue to improve and keep track of our product.
Some issues but overall grateful
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't have any background in survey creation, so I appreciated that SurveySparrow was easy to use. I also felt like the surveys I created were visually appealing for respondents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I felt like customer service was extremely unhelpful. Whenever I had a question on how to fix a particular feature, they never had an answer for me and told me they would have to get additional support and would get back to me days later. I didn't have that time, so I ended up having to figure out how to do it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to conduct surveys in a country where Google Surveys doesn't work, so SurveySparrow helped me create surveys that were accessible by the people I was looking to survey.
Flexible an powerful platform
What do you like best about the product?
great tool to create and manage, in a far more flexible and powerful fashion with respect to other tools, questionnaires. I've used to manage big Organizational analysis and I could handle data easily and quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Actually no one. Great user experience and ease of use with little knowledge of equivalent tools

Handling quickly big data and ability to analyze and extract according to my needs
I thought it was very intuitive and a great Surveymonkey alternative

The website was very user-friendly when I created a survey.

I know this is being picky, but I was hoping the free version would send the "respondent" a copy of their survey.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is very easy to use with many customizable aspects to truly make the survey what you want. In terms of product capability, it is light years ahead of its ape competitor.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to change a large group of survey question types. ie if you want to change a survey from MC to multiple answer you have to change it on each question

Survey Sparrow was used internally to gather details about our organization and share results to drive change in our culture
Customizable and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I have never had a problem creating the survey I wanted and the customer service has never failed to address speedbumps.

I wish there were more options in design.

We are new to implementing surveys and survey sparrow has been a great introduction.
