What do you like best about the product?
Its graphical interface and form design, simple yet intuitive. Customization with the company's logo allows the recipient to know that we are the senders of the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue of charging for responses when the monthly limit is reached, and that the packages are quarterly or annual, there should be a monthly one for trial periods.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I love the wide array of graphics that speaks fun or serious or anything I want the surveys to look like.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is too many options that makes me have analysis-paralysis--a welcome problem!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Boring-looking surveys that no one wants to answer.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is a great survey software We have found Survey Sparrow to be an excellent tool for creating all types of surveys. It's easy to use and continues to expand features and capabilities. We use it mainly for multi-method projects, but I would feel completely confident about using it for large-scale quant studies. s
What do you dislike about the product?
Be sure to check in with the customer success team when you launch surveys. As it's so new, there can be "tricks and tips" to getting things right. Would like more graphical questions - bulletin boards, image sorting, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow provided to me an amazing and interactive tool. Their costumer service is absolutely amazing and helped me all the way through the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing. Their services are amazing and I definitely recommend.

SS brought me more concrete leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The fact that it's free. It was the factor that took us to implement it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the only small issue was the languages are behind the paywall but then again that's likely the reason we end up uppgrading.

Getting feedback after certain processes like onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy setup and all the possible integration you can do to get the best results for you and your company.

I would like to be able to use more free integrations, maybe have a limit and the allow the user to opt-in or buy

Internal appreciation in the office. This allows us to tell your coworker they are awesome. Builds company spirit.

What do you like best about the product?
beautiful UX, clear and cohesive ux writing; super easy to understand, use, and plug into other platforms (we're using pipedrive for now).
So far, so good :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Hm... nothing comes to mind. I would say to be more explicit about what's offered in the free plan cause only after creating a survey I realized that would have a limit of responses. I still don't know if it's a monthly limit or else. Maybe it's a bit early to understand other issues, need to use more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
automatic NPS surveys after a won deal at Pipedrive without the need of our tech team.

What do you like best about the product?
Looking for something similar visually to typeform with better features and usability for the end user. This is the software for you!
What do you dislike about the product?
I havent found anything I dislike really yet. It has all the features I was looking for and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
the ability to create surveys that customers and employees actually want to take. It benefits me by making it easy and fun!
