What do you like best about the product?
I love SurveySparrow because it is so easy to use. As a developer, I can go in, create a survey, and publish it without any issues - precisely what we need. I also love how user-friendly the platform is and how quick it was to get going with this tool. SurveySparrow is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now, everything is working without any problems, and if I have any questions, their support is ready to answer my question via email or hop on a call with me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using SurveySparrow as a white-label platform, we automate customer feedback and complete daily reports without user intervention. Everything is without our end-user intervention.

What do you like best about the product?
I won't recommend for its unreliability and it is unsafe regarding my privacy. I totally won't use it again.

Unfriendly system and difficult in usage. Along with their terrible technique of controlling my privacy..

I can't admit that they solved any problem and I wasn't benefitted at all..
SurveySparrow is the best tool to get started with quickly and has secures all my specifications

No friction in starting up there service. I like they way that they are using smart tool to integrate in to email and web. And I also like that they quick to respond to their customer support channels

There design :-) It is not my style but I'm not like every one and therefore I think that they are appealing to the right people with his design. I'll update this if they fail in other steps

They are solving all my customer feed management and easily send all my responses back to my system. Before this I was a true believer in SurveyMonkey but this has come to an end

The Ui is clean and functional, making creating advanced-level surveys relatively easy

I think some improvements in design elements of surveys to be more modern.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is easy to use for gathering data or determining meeting times. I especially appreciate the detailed data reports that SurveySparrow provides, which make it easy to understand and interpret your results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have really any negative criticism about SurveySparrow. I just wish I had known about it sooner!

I came across SurveySparrow when another commonly used scheduling tool was down. SurveySparrow has helped me determine quiz timeframes for the class that I am TAing for.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow has a decent array of survey creation tools, is inexpensive, and support is responsive. Having suffered from poor support at a large competitor, I appreciated the personal touch this company offers. They are also very good at privacy, probably due to the vastly superior legal structures in Europe.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is little to dislike. Perhaps fewer new employees would have been exposed to the platform, but that is minor.

Employee engagement in a hybrid environment.

Had occasional bugs, but the SS team is very quick to respond. Be sure to fully test drive Typeform and SS to make sure it works for your use case
