What do you like best about the product?
It's great for tracking feedback from individual users, especially the fact that even users who haven't finished the survey automatically have their feedback tracked.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that the displaying option of the score is automatically available in the Thank you page, but that simple option is not automatically available if I were to desire to display the score in the middle of the survey. The only way to do that is to manually create an expression and add up all the scores myself, and it baffles me that there is no automatic variable or expression that just keeps track of all the scores throughout the survey. This becomes exponentially painful as you have more questions in your survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It seems to rise above the competition when it comes to the insights that can be gained from the results. It really helps to see the drop off rate and partial submission results.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI was pretty user friendly and they had a lot of survey-related templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
As described in the name, most of the templates were survey-specific and we ultimately went with a solution that offered a little more variety so we wouldn't need to have so many platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were hoping to also create some form of quizzes as well, but wasn't clear if there was that option.

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow integrates right into our emails so our clientele doesn't have to leave the email to review us!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like how surveysparrow isn't providing us with a high enough response rate. This could be better by perhaps making our own surveys shorter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to determine if there's anything we can do to make our guests stay better in the middle of their stay instead of at the end

The easy ui is the best thing of the paltoform it is easy to use

Nothing, the app is so good am taking paid subscription

What do you like best about the product?
The application was easy to use, and less "IT/techhie" than most in terms of its interface. Numerous test respondents who tried SurveySparrow vs competitors felt that SurveySparrow was easier to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
We didn't find anything to dislike that wasn't common across all platforms we have seen, however more options in terms of uploading statements and reporting would have been helpful.

A user-friendly survey interface.

Great Flexibility and Fit For Our Needs

What do you like best about the product?
We only doing occasional surveys, about 4-5x a year, and I was looking for a product that would offer a high level of customization and question types for a low-commitment duration.

Surveysparrow did just that -- I enjoyed the clean, user-friendly formatting. And the ability to include partial responses in your data is essential.

This survey had the perfect question types and customization options to acheive our survey goals! We work on a tight budget, so low-commitment for a reasonable price is perfect for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Without the ability to export the data to google sheets, I don't think the product would have been worth it for us. The default data presentation didn't work for us and needed a lot of manipulation to get the insights we needed. This isn't necessarily unexpected, but some more flexibility, or at least optimizing how data exports to Google Sheets/Excel/Etc. would be helpful.

I also really wish the lowest-tier plan included more responses. It might be something we could afford to keep year-round if so!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product allows us to create large-scale and small-scale surveys to understand our audience, and results from these inform product and UX decisions. We've also used Survey Sparrow as an embed on our live site when we wanted an article with a quiz.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy interface, quick ability to reach out to a large group of people who we needed info from before a hurricane came through.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited functionality on free trial, but that is to be expected. Overall I didnt have any issues that couldnt be overcome.

Reach out to candidates where we need to collect data is a huge part of business.
