Easy to use; great customer service

I like the ease of use and the low cost of the plans.

I wanted to collect data in a table format because wanted to get the same input for many modules and surveysparrow allowed me to do that
Hardly used it because I switched to survey monkey

Customer outreach was good but didn't get enough experience with it to say otherwise.

Super easy to use! It has many options that help make surveys interactive and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - they are easy to work with. The price is right and the program is easy to use and understand.

It is helping us check in with our staff often enough to help them feel connected to our organization.

Can be quite slow sometimes but this is only on occasions

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is extremely adaptive and allows an immense level of customization which we needed for our use. It's like forms on steroids with all of the features they include.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I wish was that they had a cheaper plan for smaller organizations. Some of the organizations I work with simply don't have the budget to pay for the beginning level plan, but also don't have the need for the limits of that plan either. Maybe something in the middle.

We are using SurveySparrow for some of our internal forms and processes. We soon plan to start testing some of the 360 review features as well.

Best survey tool i've ever used.
What do you like best about the product?
This survey tool is perfect for whatever you need. The interface for people filling out the survey is clean, intuitive and easy to use. The advanced logic and scoring is super useful and probably the most advanced of any i've seen. Customer support is amazing and always follows up and provides support with whatever you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
That the support team isn't around in Australian business hours, so I need to wait for a response. Also their help article first policy - trust me I don't want to contact support if i'm reaching out i've already read every help article I could find.

We run customer satisfaction surveys and medical assessments using survey sparrow. It enables us to quickly get the information we need, and analyse it without too much work on our end.
