Good Product for all survey kind of operations
What do you like best about the product?
Good Product for all survey kind of things. Lots of features are there to make your survey better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing like that. There is nothing i dont like in this product.

It provides better features for a survey .we can use their platform to create any type of surveys
It's not Typeform but better

Its easy to use UI and form builder are amazing.

Elements can be more visible. The color of the tool and the dashboard don't stand out. Too much white

We tried building our own platform to do surveys, but SS comes with some many customizable options, that we decided to go that route instead and after having used the Platform for over a year we find it's more than capable of doing what we need to get the required data from customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of things I don't really care for. It would be great to have a laundry list of items or a wish list, but we have found it fills every need we have - sorry (we are Canadians)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running online AGM's and need the platform for proxy voting and other questionnaires that will be sent out to the attendees in advance. This avoids having to do it in letter mail.

i wish there was a better tutorial on using the website to navigate around myself so that i can take my time in learning

it is helping me keep track of all my surveys and feedback and also helping me with following up on my emails
Cool idea, decent UI, customer support/sales was a bit much though.

The idea of the platform is pretty great actually, that I can quickly answer a question that requires ab audience i don't have access to is great.

I think I was called by a sales rep at least 3x times before I even logged in ever, lol.

Easy to use interface & design options for obtaining quick insights

Ability to override presets and have fully customisable elements at every stage. Only Mailchimp integration on database is offered.
