One of the best survey tools ever!
What do you like best about the product?
It is highly user-friendly, unlike its competitors. One can start sending surveys right from the get-go.
What do you dislike about the product?
A little bit on the pricier end for all the features such as NPS etc., but I guess that comes due to the quality and service it provides

I digitalized nutritionist consultations for a meal plan company. Our nutritionist saves time, and we only get serious customers filling out the survey.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Type form, but it has many limited features and is expensive. My CEO recommended Survey sparrow, and I've been using the free version since then. I can now receive 100 replies monthly instead of only 10 in Type form, so it's a terrific and affordable tool. I plan to switch to the paid version next year for internal and external surveys and lead gen.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Survey sparrow team can work on improving UI, building custom templates, and making the whole process in real-time without any glitches in the survey. Anyway, other things are quite well!

We have all used tedious online surveys, but survey sparro makes them incredibly fun and a terrific instrument for data collecting and research. It addresses the issue of low participation in businesses and organizations.

I am still exploring the product, and with what I have experienced so far, the vast options to customize the survey's as per product and requirement is the best

Customizing is a bit complex, and reaching the satisfaction point requires some effort and patience

Carrying out surveys is the easy part, gathering that information into useful outcomes is how this works for me

The platform is easy to use and very intuitive. Complex logics can also be set up very easily to ensure maximum customization.

The platform could provide more options for customization, I am sure these will be integrated in future releases.

Ensuring that a user's effort in sharing responses is optimized is the primary problem that SurverySparrow is trying to solve. The number of use cases for which organizations need to start collecting data has increased exponentially and a platform to manage these with ease is the need of the hour.

Nothing so far. Could improve their marketing. Wasn't easy to find them. I find them better than survey monkey. Also the enterprise version is value for money from a pricing perspective.
