Easy way to create and share questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive to create all kinds of questionnaires. You can test a wide variety of subjects in an intuitive way. I also like the different ways to share it. It's very easy to add your questionnaire directly on your website
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they would have offered a panel feature if you don't want to interact internally or with your customer base. They don't do it for GRPD but they could at least partner with another panel provider

Great look&feel
What do you like best about the product?
What makes SurveySparrow stand out is the way their surveys look. Conversational, with pictures in the background, nicely animated transitions between questions - it's not just another boring online survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the pricing system, specifically that there are some "general survey" plans and CX plans, and the former do not include NPS, CSAT and CES Surveys. That's disturbing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My needs at the moment do not require doing a lot of surveys and advanced options in surveys. SurveySparrow is a simple tool where it is easy to build a visually appealing survey, and the free personal plan allows me to collect 100 responses per month.
Professional tool
What do you like best about the product?
It has many features, including a question library that is ready to use. It offers plenty of customization opportunities regarding colors, but the best are the global variables.
What do you dislike about the product?
When sending surveys via email, I could not set the domain of the sender's email in the free plan. Therefore, I needed to look for another tool, as it was a crucial criterion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to measure Net Promoter Score and other customer satisfaction metrics in order to make our services and products more useful for our customers. .........
Easy to use, visually appealing surveys
What do you like best about the product?
I use different tools for gathering data; Survey sparrow has a friendly working environment and wide options for answer types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say dislike, but I would like an economical option for recruiting participants globally for the survey.

It enables me to do more in-depth and creative quantitative studies.
Surveys with Value
What do you like best about the product?
Very simple to setup and get a logical flow for feedback. The design and assistance to setup makes the survey process seamless. The ability to export data into a format that can be processed offline is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are several limitations on each of the phases and levels which are not immediately obvious. You must be careful on the level you select, but once you know where you're at it's a perfect way to collect data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to manage survey data and collect information and feedback in a fast, efficient and simple manner without too many restrictions on ownership of the data.

The product is really intuitive and since it has comprehensive offerings, so we didn't have to subscribe to multiple products.

Great survey tool - such a pretty interface and easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
Really clear interface. The reporting feature makes it really easy to visualise our data from survey responses. We've also had success with the 'chat' survey feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was easier to see cross-tabulations of data within the reporting feature. The smooth interface sometimes comes at the expense of complexity. Other than that its been a hit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a cost efficient way to send surveys to our customers for product feedback. It's great that we can create as many surveys as we want without extra charge.
