User friendly tool for online questionnaires
What do you like best about the product?
- User friendly
- The chatbot to make your surveys more conversational
- I like that it's possible to also see the survey responses of respondents that didn't completely finish the survey (unlike other survey tools)

- To enjoy the more advanced features, you have to be a premium user
- The options to design/adjust the theme of the survey are not endless

It helps us finding out what our customer wants/needs in order to design the right products/services for them
Great for increased responses
What do you like best about the product?
The interface looks fantastic and enhances the response rate. Not your usual dull kind of survey but very modern

I didn't really have any issues with the platform. Easy to use and straightforward

As a researcher in the market research industry , you need platforms with great interfaces and templates that can be modified for the next project quickly, and that is what Survey Sparrow does
Easy to use and basically imagination is the limit for what you can do

Easy to do even complicated surveys. Very easy to modify.
What do you dislike about the product?
For my use case I wish I could get to customize on how to get/view the answers better. In my very specific scenario I'm hoping to get customer to fill form as like some excel sheet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow helps us get the required data from customer easily and in a ordered manner. We had trouble with orders coming on with incorrect data and I see that this could help us with that.
Beautiful and user friendly tool
What do you like best about the product?
The dashboard tool looks flawless. There are plent of options to choose among graphs. I'm using this tool for my thesis project and it has been an important asset
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see a logic tree diagram for the survey's questions. Mine was a bit too complex and I missed the visual aspect of it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm using surveys for my master thesis research and this tool helped me to give a killer experience for my participants.

The back-up support is very good. We always get a timely response to help with any issues and they have always been resolved fast.

Clean and easy to use survey software
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of generating the survey was clear and easy to follow. The results of the poll gave a large and easily readable breakdown. To-date the best survey software I've used.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the controls when editing the survey weren't particularly intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting data easily and providing results that can be effectively used to inform the surveyor.

The choice of templates are great but some more flexibility would be nice to make them more interactive

Easiest tool to understand your customers through Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
Quick templates are available, so you don't have to scratch your head while making a customer satisfaction form or survey. Insightful analytics from the responses received. Follow up and partial completion analytics are pretty helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like that there are plug-in prices for a few custom features. Also, it would be great if I could pay per month. Lastly, a few more pre-built templates and customization would be appreciated.

Indeed, does a job of feedback completion rate enhancement so that you have a critical observation of your customer requirements. Google forms are tedious, and very few people complete them.
Good software for data collection, can do better in analysis bit

Easy to use, free trial and question types. the software is also quite user friendly and someone with limited experience can also create the survey in a jiffy without issue.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software is good for survey data collection. the thing that they can do better is with analysis of the survey responses. they should add some advance data analysis features

the survey is good for data collection and i have been using this to collect data for my research projects for some of my clients, who have limited budget and need quick response.
Customize the way you ask for Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Te survey pattern is great and user friendly with a lot of templates to choose from and you can apply the logic too in between the question which is cherry on cake.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I found as a drawback is that we can't copy all the questions to a different template.

Taking feedback for our software and generating leads from that and customizing solution on the basis of survey.
