Even better than SurveyMonkey or Typeform
What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to configure and start using, so we use it for new projects and gathering feedback through their large customizable templates. I find it more user-friendly than other platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more free templates and explanatory videos. The first time we use it took us a few hours to set it up, but after a couple of tries, we kicked off our first survey seamlessly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps with surveys and accessible signup forms, that we send to our community to gather feedback, reviews and insights regarding our events and accessible initiatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I was looking for a way to create surveys that was both stylish and simple. The survey I was able to creat with SurveySparrow looked great worked smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Have nothing to add here. Has been an overall good experience.

I needed an elegantly branded and very simple survey. I tried several competitors but SurveySparrow offered the best mix of sytle and ease os use.

Easy to use, current and interactive with great template options. The help section was great too.

It appears a little generic; it could be mistaken for something else, like Spam

What do you like best about the product?
Speaking to an actual person when you have questions makes all the difference. Our business has been so grateful for the personalized care from Survey Sparrows team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are still learning the layout of the Survey Sparrow program, but we have not found anything yet that has not worked well for our customer feedback survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Any minor questions we have had, has been promptly assisted by the Survery Sparrow team.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease to use, specially in reorganizing questions or mid pages. Loved the use of "formulas" to turn my survey more personal and fun. Beautiful and very customizable designs are a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
For my small studio the premium subscription is too expensive, so I cannot keep up with a monthly subscription, to own only 3/4 of surveys. Maybe an option to pay per survey forever?

A good alternative to other platforms that are more expensive. Great designs are also a plus and help my studio and me to transmit a great image and professionalism.

SurveySparrow offers a simplistic way to send out and receive feedback in no time at all. I love how easy it is to create surveys and send them out to employees.

Honestly, I don't have any dislikes for SurveySparrow. All in all, I love the product.

Survey Sparrow has helped me gain emplpyee feedback from all levels. It has allowed me to create surveys. I love it.
Making surveys interactive is a meaningful improvement on typical platform feedback engagement.

The conversation opportunities following their responses can yield insights from employees that are unexpected.

The interface can be a little non-intuitive for those who are not tech-savvy.

We are seeking insights from employees that we don't necessarily know ahead of time, and this more open-ended survey tool allows us to gather those unexpected pieces.
