Excellent review system with ease of use and good UI
What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive UI. We can submit the survey quickly. Ease to understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. All were good for me. I liked everything with survey sparrow.

Business needs to setup quick surveys without much hassles and Survey Sparrow helps them a lot.
Collecting data through surveys to drive decision making
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which we can collect and manage survey data using this tool. Its platform is friendly, easy to use and does not generate any inconvenience when creating and managing surveys for further study and analysis. It is simple for users who develop surveys and those who answer them.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is intuitive when creating and modifying surveys but not so intuitive when visualizing and analyzing the results; that process is a bit more complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow has helped us through surveys and analysis of results to understand the needs of our staff and customers. We have been able to distribute surveys efficiently, and studying the data collected has been helpful in driving our decision-making. It is perfect for administering surveys. It does not represent any complication when creating and distributing the surveys, and it is easy to work with the collected data; I like this platform and recommend it.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI is clean. It is so easy to create a survey. Almost every type of question you need has been thought through and provided.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think there is anything that you dislike about them.

Powerful Survey Tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's an easy-to-use platform that allows you to get the kind of feedback that's helpful from a marketing and HR standpoint. It's not complicated and they are very user-friendly from both a technology and customer service standpoint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Easy to use and also great customer service
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to conduct a team health survey for a consulting engagement that I was doing. I needed a quick and easy way to get confidential feedback from people across three continents.
Really good for research work
What do you like best about the product?
It is very intuitive and user friendly, makes the whole process easier and better compared to other websites i tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing could be cheaper, adding better regional pricing is the key.

Most elegant & intuitive UI & UX I have ever experienced for creating survey's for customer research and client feedback. 100% will use again!

Simple and easy to use survey for research regarding business opportunities and interaction with potential clients.
Great UX design
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way the surveys are presented. All the surveys are very user-friendly and very interactive. Out of all the survey websites I have used, this is actually my favorite.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I was allowed to have unlimited questions. This may already be an option but the plan I had, did not include this therefore if I had been able to add more questions, I think I would have had a better experience.

I use SurveySparrow, mostly for work and business-related activities, mainly for collecting feedback or data. I like how I'm able to customize the survey to represent my brand and company.

The design wizard makes creating surveys so easy. And I love the option of creating surveys that engage like message conversations

Nothing. Maybe some additional options for tweaking the export settings to excel.

SurveySparrow is not just a survey tool, but they help you much further than that.

The customer service they offer, the support when you go live. And the ease of use.

I would like to customize the layout even more myself. I would like to see our corporate identity reflected even more in SurveySparrow.

Through SurveySparrow, both our internal and external communication have improved. This gives us valuable insights.
Easy to use!
What do you like best about the product?
I found Surveey Sparrow really easy and straight forward to use. It provided a great range of different question options and covered all of the different formats that I required.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is of course a cost involved dependent on what you require, which is something to consider if you are a small business.

Helping me to gather research. I needed to do some new product development research, and survey sparrow made it really easy for me to gather the insights that I needed.
