Great interactive surveys and reports!

What do you like best about the product?
The are so many themes and templates for different surveys! So easy to create, and you can adjust the design to your company's brand book. The reports were very useful to analyze the performance review results of my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the reports can be even more improved and allow you to present information in more different ways.
Otherwise, the platform and internal team are very helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow makes any survey so interactive, beautiful and easy to create! I created the surveys for the performance reviews of my team and it was very helpful!

Powerful and flexible survey tool with great customer support

What do you like best about the product?
Many survey tools are available online, with very similar pricing structures and functionality. I chose SurveySparrow for one specific feature — the ability to create "Rank Order" questions, where users can drag and drop options to sort them in order of priority. But after working with the tool for a while, it also became evident that the built-in UI for respondents was excellent, and that the styling options were just enough to brand the survey, without affecting the overall UX.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most other survey tools, the pricing model is the main downside, and for SurveySparrow, the only one I would say. I understand that a sustainable business model requires long-term commitments. Still, as an infrequent survey sender, I find paying for a quarterly subscription financially burdensome, which seems to be the shortest available option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Surveying users in a professional and sleek design. The response rate has increased, and the overall feedback from users has been good.

Mediocre product at best, spend your money else where

What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is responsive when you have an issue, they are very helpful and will go out of thier way to ensure that your product is solved. Unfortunately great customer support does not make up for a terrible software product
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, I found the software sometimes buggy with the survey not loading when a user clicked on the link. But this happened when I first started using the software, and I have not encountered the bug as of late. However, as I've continued to use the software over the last 15 months I've come across more and more bugs that really shouldn't exist in a product.

A number of users have reported the survey simplely crashing half way through. Many survey elements render beyond the end of the page and it's impossible to scroll down so users can't complete the survey. Resulting in many upset emails from my users.

The spam filtering is non existant and my latest survey has been flooded with hundreds of fake responses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow provides cost-effective survey software with a comprehensive set of features. We are able to survey existing and potentials users of our eCommerce SAAS product to understand how their businesses are performing and build features that they are looking for

Great alternative to Survey Monkey

What do you like best about the product?
I liked being able to customize and have a variety of ways to structure the answers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had occasional issues logging in to the website and the support team sent me a different URL to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We usually use Google Forms but some of our clients do not allow the use of Google products so we needed an alternative solution.

The UI is simple and neat. The language option is also available to attend the survey in your Language. You can build your theme for the survey.

Cost seems to be a little high when compared to their services

Nothing that I can think of currently. Happy with the current feature set.

Quick and easy survey on any topic

What do you like best about the product?
The program has proven to help organize a survey system in which anyone can participate, regardless of their anonymity or demographic group. Its operation is simple. It is possible to conduct many surveys at once without having to wait for the results. It fulfills its data collection function admirably. Its user interface is full of features. The creation of surveys and analysis of their effects is excellent, so we have taken advantage of this to make changes and provide answers to problems both internally and for customers who want better interaction with our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
My setup is buggy, so SurveySparrow takes a while to parse and launch. While it may seem slow now, it speeds up during the execution phase.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been diligently collecting data on SurveySparrow. This has provided us with a wealth of insights that have allowed us to explore promising avenues for growth in areas such as development, marketing, communication, etc. Whatever you need to research, the public's perspective is crucial, and we can gather it using SurveySparrow. Using public opinion as a measuring stick, you can quickly solve any problem. With SurveySparrow's templates and tools, you can create a survey in the blink of an eye.

What do you like best about the product?
Start using Survey Sparrow was really easy. I loved the Free Plan, because it gave me the chance to try it and then decide if I wanted to keep using it and I am planning to keep making surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really didn't dislike anything yet. It's easy and friendly to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to know better the leads on my email marketing list and social media following. The best way is to ask them exact questions so I can find out what kind of content and services they are expecting from me.

Product and customer support need a lot of work

What do you like best about the product?
Clean UI for the survey taker. Nothing more, I did not like this product. Multiple far better solutions are available with much better customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Severely limited customization of 360 tools and question formatting, very expensive for what you get, misleading and unclear trial conditions, and poor customer support that provides solutions completely out of touch and irrelevant to the issue being presented. Eventually abandoned the product and created my own 360 reports from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. It was a very poor user and customer experience.
