I've been looking for a 360° Assessment product for YEARS. I now have found the perfect one!
What do you like best about the product?
SS is easy to use - simple to implement - and clients love the clean look and unencumbered interface. Also the support is phenomenal - they hold your hand the entire way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - love everything about it so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It fills the need and I launched a new product line because of it!

It was really easy to use and the interface is very clean, specially the public facing side, being so clean and easy to use helps with users taking the surveys,

Nothing, personally I like the way it looks and functions.

Survey Sparrow provided an efficient, secure and user-friendly solution for my research task.

Compared to competitors, Survey Sparrow exceeds all expectations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed to collect research data in an efficient, secure and user-friendly way. Thanks to the platform, I created a professional looking platform, allowing me to entice participants to register and help me collect data. The data I collected with the platform is now published in a scientific journal.
Very user friendly, clean interface, customizable - would definitely recommend!!

How easy it is to use on the front end and back end.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did have some small issues with getting pricing answers from CS. It was awhile ago so issues may be fixed.

We do an enps score, it helps us see where our organization is weak and where we need to improve.

It's easy to set the surveys up and the responses come in automatically.

I'm not sure what it's USP is over google forms.

Easy to use product and super speed onboarding to experience the platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Quite seamless to use. The onboarding was super fast and I was able to create a survey within a matter of minutes. Skip and display logic feature which was something I really appreciate inside the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was hoping to have WhatsApp integration to share surveys with my friends but that's not available, so I am waiting that it'll be added soon.

I was creating surveys to get feedback from my friends and family on my articles. Survey Sparrow helped me ease up the process of getting feedback which eventually is helping me become a better writer.
Love survery sparrow
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to submit a review, and they have great rewards that make it worth my time. I do love their logo. It's simple yet very fitting for the company at large.
What do you dislike about the product?
The surveys can sometimes feel repetitive compared to others that I have completed with SurveySparrow as well as others. The rewards for surveys are great, tough I'd like to see changes within the survey themselves.

The problem that SurveySparrow helps me out with is finding meaningful surveys that I can do in my spare time that provides a decent amount of valuable rewards.

The best end to end conversational experience management system
What do you like best about the product?
This is a super easy-to-use platform where you can measure customer sentiments and workflow with a single question of NPS Survey. it is very efficient user management to optimise workflow. these are the best thing i like about the platform.

One thing which disappoints me is when i ask a bot for a query; it says the team typically replies in a few mins, but it has actually taken a week and not reply. So i call it a major disappointemnt of me

it is very helpful for me. Most of the time i like its magical features, like classical surveys asking one survey at one time and offline survey that allows you to collect data from the remotest places. It has helped me to reach where people are not much aware.
