Good Product, Bad Service
What do you like best about the product?
The surveys are easy to make, and there is a high-level of functionality. I was able to make the survey I wanted very quickly, and was very happy with the results we received.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service and pricing model. There aren't any subscription services for one or two surveys, it's only for a minimum of six-months. Unsubscribing is also not possible without talking to customer support, and after submitting two tickets, my subscription was only canceled after I sent them an email that I was contesting the credit card charge.
Additionally, they required an onboarding meeting, even though I'd already made the survey I wanted and didn't really need help.
Overall, the business model comes across as predatory, but if you plan on making a lot of surveys for a long period of time, the service is the best I've encountered.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow made making my survey very easy, and made viewing the results easy, and allowed for easy analytic sharing for shareholders. If you are making complicated surveys with a lot of conditional questions, it's the easiest product to use.
Easy to Use Platform For Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and easy to learn. Right away users can begin crafting survey questions. It also helps that the platform displays the results in easy-to-digest forms, including using tables and graphs.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you want more complicated questions that also contain sub-questions or follow-up questions, the platform is a bit clunky to navigate. It would be nice to further streamline the development of these questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easy for me to capture data and to share the survey with lots of people at different institutions. It is also web-based and easy for participates to use.

There is nothing to dislike about it. Exceeded our expectations.

Gave us the ability to understand how employees feel about our company culture. What we are doing well and what we could do better.

What do you like best about the product?
We really love using SurveySparrow in our office for any signups and getting quick info from our employees. Everything is simple and easy to use! A lot easier than other products we have tried in the past. i also love that it integrates with Notion!

I can't think of any downsides specifically. We have a very basic use for it and it works exactly as we need it to!

We use SS for primary office surveys. It helped us plan our secret Santa in the office last year and helps us get feedback from things like annual conferences and meetings.

NA, there is no point as unfavourable, very good app

We use it as an intake form, it works great.
Easy to setup and intuitive, with a good interface

The ability to customize the form as much as you would like to fit your brand. I also like the way we can integrate it with Zapier.

Its free version is very limited but it is understandable
