Easy to use/intuitive UI/UX, fun for users/survey takers
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is a fun and fresh survey platform. It has a sleek and modern look to its surveys, so when you send them out, your survey-takers feel like they're actually having a conversation with you instead of just giving you data. It keeps them interested in the survey process.
It's also very simple and intuitive to set up a survey. There are pre-filled common survey types (and even some uncommon types that inspired me to create some new types of surveys!). If you want to create a totally custom survey, it's simple to do that as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
It's a newer entrant to the survey market, so it may take you a few minutes to figure out the way it works best for you and your company. Also, you'll have to teach it to others on your team who may already come to the table with experience with other survey systems.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this for external survey needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the multifaceted and user-friendly interface. The survey system is capable of accomplishing most of the goals that I would need to use for my day to day (delivery educational surveys at an undergraduate institution)
What do you dislike about the product?
The price. It really doesn't go much further than that = our department does not have the annual budget to afford it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivery optimization is enhanced; capable of reaching a range of participants. The ease of data analysis is also extremely helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Mostly just the pricing. If you can afford it, it is a fantastic delivery system for most survey needs.

easy creation of surveys for various purposes both internally and for customer

The recent "help" forum is a terrible replacement for the help "chat" feature that was there before. Otherwise, there's no other way to reach support, than to make a public post, and wait for it to be "approved" by an admin. What trash.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just getting started was an issue, with no followup from support to get us started. We are experiencing interruptions to our service without warning, and are currently unable to send out surveys even though we are paid up through October. We have reached out to support and have not received assistance, yet. Last month, we had an end-user who received upward of 40 SMS survey messages, and we asked support to investigate, but they did not return any explanation or results. We will possibly have to resort to another service if none of this is rectified.
I have done a couple of surveys with sparrow and had a great experience. A wonderful service

What do you like best about the product?
Having the power to combine multiple formats of Survey in one is what makes SurveySparrow different from all. The features this product possesses is tremendous and makes your survey collection so simple. Video Surveys and Interactive Surveys are a couple that I would like to mention. It does not stop by just collecting the surveys, the variety of reports that can be generated is superb. These reports can easily help you to analyse your surveys and take the most appropriate actions.
The surveys can be incorporated with your existing workflow without having to compromise on the way you work. You continue to work your way, and the surveys get updated. Another positive of SurveySparrow is the applications it can be Integrated with by just a few clicks. To add to this you have an "Awesome" Customer support that is quick, courteous loaded with product knowledge. They can even guide you in how to use any type of surveys.
To sum it up, its a wonderful product, focused on the mantra of customer first. This is certainly a Futuristic product.

Currently they only have quarterly or annual pricing, I wish there was a monthly plan so that we can pay month on month and not needed to invest for a longer period although that's not much of a challenge since we need it for ongoing projects.

Understanding the level of Customer and Employee Satisfaction, getting more responses than the previous apps used.

From creating the forms customized and asking related and relevant questions , it is a great and easy tool to use. and the best part is the easy setup.

There is always scope of improvement in any tool like th UI and UX especially with survey sparrow.

it helps me build the right survey for my customers on a 360 degree feedback. with the available templates it makes my work more easier.

If you are looking for an easy to use and implement tool then you are in the right direction with survey sparrow.

SurveySparrow has been extremely useful to run our customer & partner experience management programs, it includes CSAT, NPS, and other long-form surveys out of box which otherwise we would have had to use multiple tools. It also allows reaching out to customers through different channels including email, SMS, embed, offline, QR codes, etc.
The different types of interactive surveys and the ability to white label it to our brand has helped make our surveys more engaging and improve the overall response rates.
The integrations with Salesforce & Slack are a breeze. The reporting available out-of-box far better than what's available out there.
Their customer support is super awesome and promptly available when needed.

It operates pretty well for us and has no specific issues however would have been great if there was the ability to have multiple questions on a single page.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend it because it is simple to get started all you need to do is sign-up, you have a trial to test it out before making a purchase decision. It's worth the try.

We use it to collect customer & partner feedback and enable our team to act promptly. Occacialy we also run engagement surveys to gather feedback & suggestions.
One of the major problems we have been able to address is not invest in multiple tools like email, SMS, reporting & workflows to run a customer experience program end to end.

Great tool for Survey is your CRM is Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most about Survey Sparrow is how easily you can integrate with Salesforce and use information from your contacts to create surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had an issue sending the SurveySparrow survey to people in China. It gets blocked somehow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Survey Sparrow to send NPS and other satisfaction surveys to clients worldwide.
