What do you like best about the product?
The service is beautiful and simple to use. I tested many services and SurverSparrow is the best out there yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their API is not complete enough. They should consider extending the capabilities of the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can run surveys after my events and the report is very easy to read and to share. I have gained knowledge about my audience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don't hesitate. It is just great. Go ahead and try. I use it every day.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is great and easy to use! Survey Sparrow also has many more features including question types that similar platforms do not. I really like how clean it is and the service has been on great benefit to the company in the short period of time we have been using the platform. We will certainly be expanding our use cases for SurveySparrow in the future and I am eager to apply the platform in many new and exciting ways.
What do you dislike about the product?
Survey Sparrow is not SOC2 certified which could be an issue for some companies depending on your security requirements. You can always make changes to the survey so that you do not need to use as strict of security in your survey. We were able to make adjustments so that it could be used without the certification. Overall, this was not a deal breaker for the company's unique needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using SurveySparrow to measure out NPS and Product Market Fit scores. Having data from this survey will really help the company to ensure that our product is best resonating with our end user. We also continue to realize great benefits from using this platform at our company. We are eager to continue using the platform.

I would first consider if it meets your security requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI of dashboard and the form itself. Green color good for forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not very much integration. Like for adding website no widget is there.

Collections user feedback. Helps us a lot in improving our MVP and understand insights of market.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to answer the questions and the survey sparrow give some enthusiastic questions about the product and brands which we use in our day today life.
What do you dislike about the product?
Survey sparrow does not provide the survey regular basis which is a big draw back to users. I am also disappointed by the irregular surveys and they sometimes shows that your are not eligible for this surveys. However we are providing correct information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are solving the asked questions whichever the survey sparrow asks personal information and work information, product reviews etc

Everything I needed...and more?

What do you like best about the product?
I needed a way to create, send out and analyse large data samples for a thesis project I was working on. The subject was film oriented and I needed to create questions that interlinked and flowed according to the answers from previous questions. This would give me balanced, truthful answers and would help me identify when a respondent selected an answer when they do not really feel that in reality. As a film effect study, my work needed this supposed reading of the subconscious to be of value, to be true. Survey sparrow not only gave me the tools to do this easily and effectively, it gave me multiple options for analytics. Mixing and matching the various data representation methods shed light on data trends which I hadn't noticed earlier, ultimately leading me to redefine my hypothesis and prove it too! And all this at a very competent price point.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a shame that they do not market their product enough. I do feel that a google form would seem less threatening to a respondent owing to the aspect of familiarity. But again, the two do not compare at all in terms of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Respondents tend to lie. Fact. But as mentioned above, using the interlinked questions and flow system, I was able to extract data which reflected the true degree of effects as is needed in such a study.

Apart from that I see a tonne of potential in my work going forward
