I really enjoy the survey design. It's intuitive, friendly for the end user and for the researcher and truly value the excellent customer service team. Always helpful, to the point and insightful. Also, the cheaper option for a small business and great value for money

I would like to have multiple questions in one screen but that is not yet implemented

I use the service for surveys within companies on employees' engagement mostly

Pricing can be re- looked at to make them more pocket friendly for the start ups

- We are able to design our Products as per the Voice of the customer
- The changes can be made & Implemented almost in real time basis as the feedback comes instant , previously before we realized the issues customers will disappear

SurveySparrow is so easy to use! It lays out questions in a very succinct and clear manner and it is very easy to follow.

There is nothing that I dislike about SurveySparrow - it's great!

SurveySparrow allows me to fill in surveys in such an easy to follow manner. It is great! It is very user-friendly - anyone could use it.

SurveySparrow creates powerful online surveys to simply read the customer's minds, to gain rich insights and make informed business decisions.

Sometimes, negative feedback Loop is tricky which could be avoided though

There was a time when companies had to build every feature that they wanted which includes building customer feedback software from scratch... Now these surveys are a bit helpful
A Survey Tool with Many Nice Features
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow makes it very easy to share your survey across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customising survey themes is not that easy. The GUI has very limited options to adjust my design.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i was looking for an alternative to Typeform, one that would allow me to perform logic jump on a free trial account. I can do logic jumps on Google Form, but customisation of the survey theme is very limited.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend SurveySparrow as an alternative to Typeform, mainly because it allows you a window of free pro trial in which you can use many interesting functionalities, such as implementing logic in the survey. But, if you are looking to do very complex theme customisation, you may need to code as the default GUI for theme customisation is limited.
