What do you like best about the product?
Unlike other survey tools the user interface design of this tool is thoughtful and well put together

Feature set is robust but not as fully fleshed out as more enterprise oriented alternatives

What do you like best about the product?
It's a super user friendly platform, you can easily create surveys that look professional with a range of options and questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like another option to review the data in different segments and maybe some data analysis tool?

professionalism of surveys - and easy format to send with a great user experience.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a super user friendly software and I would reccommend it to others. I have used and weighed up other platforms and always come back to Sparrow as it's so great!

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow's dashboard makes it super easy to share my surveys across different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish customization was a bit more intuitive. Once I mastered the learning curve, though, it was fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use the platform to survey my readers. I ask them what they want, when they want it, and how they want it delivered.

Clean interface and good UX. No hassle in running a survey

Would like more templates. Makes it more easier.

Internal employee feedback for now. Will reach out to customers for NPS soon after we reach a critical mass.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface was intuitive, and seemed more powerful than survey monkey or using a google form.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was slightly confused by the interface, but quickly got the hang of it once I created my first survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was looking to get insights from development shops and developers about their experiencing hiring, and this tool helped me quite a bit!

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility in Survey Sparrow allows you to get creative in your approach to surveys, wether it be the manner in which you interact, the reach out media, or the ability to white-label design.

Above that, the customer support is highly responsive and very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Where the UI is more or less straightforward and user friendly. However, there are some gaps where certain features could be made more obvious as to how to use them.

Ideally, the reporting tools in analysing results could also be more comprehensive and complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey sparrow allows me to easily survey our various clients, without going through massive account set up processes. All the while, I am able to match the brand and tone of our customers, while easily reiterating on different initiatives.

A good survey is essential to any business. SurveySparrow made it seamless to create beautiful, custom-designed surveys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing compared to others in the marketplace. Could be ever so slightly more competitively priced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending surveys that elicit responses rather than annoy customers with yet another generic form to fill out.
