The best that i ever use

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and deploying an survey is really easy using tools that Survey Sparrow provide. The result can be generated anytime even before the survey reach its maturity.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is more expensive than other software in the same field.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it to collect data and feedback from internal employees and from client. It gives us a better insight for our service.

Something more than just surveys

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow is amazing survey software that has made surveys super excited. It has taken the boredom out of surveys as this software introduces adorable features. After using this software not only I came to know about the flaws of my products but I’ve also found the solutions of my problems. By using such intuitive survey software I came to know how to make my customer satisfied via my products.
What do you dislike about the product?
For beginners it is a bit difficult to use as it consists of several features. Survey appearance is still needed to be updated. There should be more customization options too. More over it is going well and giving excellent services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I made my surveys pretty attractive by using different survey themes. It helps me to upload video or images of my products too by using color palette, font type, and button fill etc. For me my respondent convenience is above all and this software enables my customers to give their feedbacks through laptops, PCs and mobiles as well. I establish multiple sub accounts under my prime account that further enhance my reach.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I personally suggest all the business professionals to use SurveySparrow for knowing their customers views and to have the solutions of their problems. It is the best software to interact with your customers so that you can keep on updating your business to meet world’s need.

Love the features

What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow form can b embedded to many type of website, and it will perfectly fit even if user viewing it from a mobile web browser. Deploying survey form is better using this software.
What do you dislike about the product?
More update on template design would be more helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting insight on our business models from employee and client.

Handy conversations

What do you like best about the product?
In SurveySparrow I recently created a chat based interaction survey to know the pulse of webinars. The ui is simple, classy to look and also more customers interactively provided the participants. The analytics of the conversation are really helpful. I even integrated the conversation in slack, shared it through emails through schedule delivery.
What do you dislike about the product?
In SurveySparrow application, I think we need to have a card based conversation where cards are scrolled by the user and fill the survey.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using SurveySparrow I can interact with the students easily. I came the area which the participant requested us more webinars.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
In surveysparrow surveys, we get a broad range of analytics. It also shows you got very low responses to use these tools to attract. Contact Book feature is a plus point. and wide opportunities are available to integrate the survey, I tried integrating that in one slack channel.

Efficient Polling

What do you like best about the product?
I liked that my team completed my poll quicker than when I used other polling products. Getting those returned quickly helps me be efficient and that makes me feel like I have gotten some other things completed that needed to be.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like my results to go into a spreadsheet automatically for me. That would be an amazing feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used for scheduling 1:1s, availability, sign ups and ordering apparel.

Excellent alternative

What do you like best about the product?
Surveysparrow is an excellent alternative to the other commercial survey (SAAS) options available on the market. Customer service was outstanding and I was able to perform the task I wanted to easily and without disruption. Most importantly logic was able to be implemented into survey which led to improved user experiences and, we believe, improved completion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics were a little difficult to navigate but became easier with repeated use. Also, login button on home screen is relatively small and difficult to find for first time and uninitiated users. Calls from customer service were of particularly poor quality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow allowed me to collect data regarding a project of a NFP organisation and to disseminate that information to stakeholders regarding the efficacy of the program.
Survey sparrow provided a cost effective method of capturing user experiences and feedback that was not achievable through alternative sources.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look no futher. The main competitor is not worth working with when you consider the ease of use and functionality offered by SurveySparrow. Definitely a product that I would use again in the future. Also, was able to have trial extended to improve my understanding and use before committing to purchase.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the survey interface a lot. It is so easy to use and the various response options (i.e. text response, multiple choice, rating, etc) really keep the survey from being too monotonous for the responder. And I like being able to personalize it with colors!
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't use any of the other features. I honestly just wanted the surveys! I guess the one thing I would have liked is a fill in the blanks option (could go as a multi-part question or as a fill in the blank for "other" in a multiple choice question).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My clients really benefited from taking the time to reflect on these questions. It has made our meetings more productive!

What do you like best about the product?
This way of survey increases engagement and doesn't tire you out the first time you do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
After a few times you want to fill out an ordinary survey like "google form". It is faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I engaged my employees in a feedback-related survey.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think this software can really help many organizations to get their employees or customers involved in receiving a feedback.

What do you like best about the product?
The interface and the way the form questions are staggered - making the surveys seem less intimidating.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little fiddly at time to rearrange questions in the sequence you want them to be in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to break surveys down into sections is great making sure the repspondee has the correct context for some more complex questions.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely give this a go before using surveymonkey. I think it's better overall and more cost effective.

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the UI of the platform. The look and feel is really very engaging for respondents to complete the survey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reporting Analysis and explanation should be provided. If we can get more insights about the company's culture and what are the gray areas to focus upon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As it integrates with internal applications which are already being incorporated by the company.
