Great software
What do you like best about the product?
Survey Sparrow is the easiest survey software I have used. The Welcome and Thank you pages are effective. I love almost every aspect of it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is a little high for Pro. . I'd quite like to be able to close a survey and add a message 'this survey is closed etc' and sometimes on some browsers there is a fault when people can't scroll down. Also when I log in to one business account on Google Chrome, it says my account doesn't exist which is little strange.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Survey Sparrow, we're able to ask unlimited questions, introduce the purpose of the survey and also thank people afterwards. The range of question types is useful, the ability to require questions is good. We're able to organise questions by workspaces and share with the team.
Great tool to collect leads
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use dashboard and tools. Lovely quiz landing pages and great customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be costly but worth the price. No other issues at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me collect leads by creating visually appealing surveys that becomes a great way to qualify prospects to leads. This can be hard with other tools but easy with Survey Sparrow.

Would really appreciate more pricing plans and integrations such as direct SMS / Whatsapp Survey through chatbot in the future.

SurveySparrow offers has an incredible intuitive design. I've successfully used the mobile app to create forms and seamlessly collect feedback.

The pricing confused me a bit. And was above my expectations.

I am using SurveySparrow to collect the feedback from customer in restaurants.
The main benefit is that I can use the tablet mode, turn the WiFi off and collect all day long. I just sync once a day and here we go !

If you're looking for a reliable form builder and a friendly way of collecting feedback, don't think twice, think SurveySparrow.
Be sure to have a minimum budget to secure a good plan. The support is really really great.

The Ease of use and the power is unlike others the flow of the survey action is like gamification and you look forward to answering the next question, really brilliant tool

More native integrations and the Ui can seem a bit aged but works well

We Are able to Gather so much actionable data that we can use for focused campaigns and services Super sweet stuff!!

This Is an amazing Survey tool one of the best you can get company is growing and the team is very helpful and are quick to respond

The templates are actually really good looking. It helps out so they don't look plain and dull. Plus conditional logic is really useful.

I wish the free version had a bit more responses per month included.

Support was insane not only did they reply very quickly they helped me fix all my issues !! when chat got complicated they went over and above and hopped on a zoom call as well !
so many business take hours if not days these guys never took days to reply !!

What do you dislike about the product?
nothing so far if i had to be really picky the fact I had to use zapier to get leads into active campaign as this appeared to be the only main thing that slowed me down
if i had to recommend something that would make them even better extend the information on the help video guides
yes they was helpful but could have added slightly more detail
ps i got to the end result with the videos but few small extra details could have got me there quicker

using surverys will help us genrate more income for my business and my clients business as well
we can use these surveys to generate more leads which inturn will turn into more revenue

I have tried multiple and these trump the others they may not be the cheapest but they arent the most. expensive either but what they are is best and for buck !

Awesome product. Fast, powerful and ultra flexibile

The best thing is interface simplicity and speed! It's ultra faster then well known competition

I didn't encounter any problems or things I don't like.

Complex surveys for product launches with display&skip logic. The best thing in SurveySparrow is very modern survey screen & the ability to create questions with multiple image based answers.
Too expensive for an average software

Graphics of the survey are nice and the building of the survey is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It requires to pay 3 months upfront, a high fee relatively to similar services, without providing a lot of features. The features during the free trial stay only if you subscribe to the higher tier level subscriptions.

It's just a nice survey service, just like SurveyMonkey, type form, etc.
