It is the very best tool to open and maintain two-way communication with an audience

If you are scared of a complicated user interface when you are trying to build a simple survey you need to try SurveySparrow. It's a no-nonsense WYSIWYG platform. All your actions are immediately visible in the preview area and you can easily switch between the various end-user platforms. ie desktop, tablet or mobile. No more second-guessing.
Different from the others
What do you like best about the product?
- The best thing about SurveySparrow is how easy and intuitive is creating of a survey in it, and the look and feel of the tool. It really pleasures the eye
- Conversational style of surveys is also a plus, and the fact that it's optional - you can make your survey look more "average" too
- Automatic translations of surveys (with Google Translate) with a possibility to correct them is great, you don't have to export your questionnaire, translate it and import back into the tool
- Various ways of distributing the survey (on-site/offline, pop-up, link).
- Conversational style of surveys is also a plus, and the fact that it's optional - you can make your survey look more "average" too
- Automatic translations of surveys (with Google Translate) with a possibility to correct them is great, you don't have to export your questionnaire, translate it and import back into the tool
- Various ways of distributing the survey (on-site/offline, pop-up, link).
What do you dislike about the product?
- For me - not enough questions types. That was a deal breaker. For example, there is no card sorting question type
- Even after choosing the most expensive plan, you have to pay extra for NPS questions
- No way to import questions from Word/text file
- Can't pin the answer/s when randomising options' order.

What do you like best about the product?
Surveysparrow has an excellent customer service with chat support, email, and phone to assist you.
What do you dislike about the product?
It social sharing options allow you to share your survey to only Facebook and Twitter. Other social media platforms should be added.

Through Surveysparrow, I have been able to get accurate customers feedback with customers using their own words to describe what I ask.

Nothing to mention at the moment. The themes can be more suited for a business application

We are not active users yet. Only the trial version was used. It looks good so far!
Good experience using Survey Sparrow
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience to navigate within the platform. Designing questions is very easy for surveys and assessments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to dislike here but from an Indian perspective the price is a little on the higher side for its 360 degree assessments.

Conducting Quizzes, opinion polls and surveys becomes very easy using Survey sparrow.

The simplicity of the tool as well as the tool being user friendly is what makes it unique.

Customer service & support is a bit slow! This needs to be improved.

What I liked best about SurveySparrow was that I could build and modify all of my surveys in a simple, visual format. Surveys from start to finish took me no longer than 10mins.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it difficult to find the proper sizing requirements for my logo image.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using SurveySparrow as a client intake form. I do freelance web development and this saves me so much time in corrispondance prior to getting paid.
