User friendly and thought provoking
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, understand, and interact with the service - nothing else like SurveySparrow.

Conversation with tech support proved difficult.

We are looking to be a sharpshooter and engaging with prospective and existing clients on their terms. SurverySparrow allows us to get there much quicker.

Feature rich and affordable, I found the software to be a good solution.

Not QUITE as intuitive as some of the other survey software I've previously used.

Helps me to survey my customers to get data for new products, or engage my customer base for existing products.

Easy to use and navigate, structuring a survey with ratings is so usef-friendly - confidentiality can also be ensured.
What do you dislike about the product?
None in particular. Overall quite satisfied.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to run survey with our customers and employees on various topics. During the pandemic, this was a easy solution for us, since its a web based tool, easy login and easy to respond for the respondents. Provides great analysis of the responses as well.

I like the chatbot formatting option....

As the tool continues to be built out, there are some things that could be streamlined for easier / more intuitive use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Looking to reach parents of young children. The informal chatbot format works well for this need. The integration with Google sheets (when it works) is helpful.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The support team is difficult to get ahold of and often not knowledgable about how to solve problems - tight turnarounds are near impossible due to these factors. This has been getting better over time

The two main things I like about SuverSparrow are the insights gathered from the survey and the experience it offers survey takers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Two things I didn't like about SurveySparrow were the fact that I could not slice and dice the data used for the insights and second that it was way too expensive for me.

I was looking for product feedback. SurveySparrow helped me gather that feedback in a very nice and clean way.
With a system this easy, everyone should be running NPS campaigns
What do you like best about the product?
Simply put the ease of use. It is a super simple onboarding experience with hands-on tutorials to learn the ins and outs of the system. From there it is very easy to drag and drop any type of questions you might have for your customer base.

I am still exploring their analytics portion, but overall it is easy to understand.

Wonderful Interface and questionnaire structure makes filling surveys a fun n interactive activity.
What do you like best about the product?
The entire workflow of how the questionnaire is set,how the structure and unstructured data is coillected ,the excellent user interface which doesnt make us feel what a chore fillling surveys were earlier and how enjoyable it is doing it through survey sparrow is really what excites me when i use a survey sparrow interface to provide data. I love filling questionnaires when it is through Survey Sparrow.What more can i say!!!Love these guys.Looking to subscribe for their services in the coming months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Survey sparrow can make the platform more analytical with methodologies to capture numbers and then reflecting them as charts which would help the client in getting access to data analytics and enable swift decision making.

Since we are building India's first Digital B2B platform to organize the spice trade,it is extremely important for us to collect the feedback on the challenges faced by our customers when it comes to product and price discovery.
We have really been able to understand the challenges faced by our clients when they are looking for spices in our platform and we have been able to swiftly react to those challenges and improve the overall customer experience during the entire transaction.
