Successful Experience with Survey Sparrow for Undergraduate Thesis
What do you like best about the product?
I thought the site was highly user-friendly. It was my first time creating a formal survey, and Survey Sparrow made it very easy to accomplish. I also like how it makes a report for you at the end with graphs and tables to analyze the data seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought there were too many emails asking if I wanted help using the site. Although a nice feature in theory, in actuality, the emails were a little spammy. I think it would be better to have customer service available if an issue arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted to conduct a survey in Cuba. Survey Sparrow was the only site that allowed me to reach Cuba which made it extremely useful for my research. I would not have been able to accomplish this without having Survey Sparrow.
Solid system, nice graphical UI.

Well presented, clean and modern looking

Pricing for feature set. slightly pushy CRM

Decent Free Survey Option
What do you like best about the product?
I liked the fact that you could try out the software for free. As far as survey programs go, it was fairly average with a good selection of question types to keep respondents engaged. The 10 questions allowed in the free plan was generous and the amount of responses allowed was a good amount to test everything out.
What do you dislike about the product?
They were very persistent with the follow up emails when I didn't move onto a paid plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it to gather customer feedback on their experience entering one of our giveaways. The thank you page feature was particularly beneficial as it allowed me to direct respondents directly to the website at the end.
Nice looking and simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
The interface of Survey Sparrow is nice and simple yet attractive
What do you dislike about the product?
They don't offer plans that are suitable to organizations that only need a couple of surveys done at a time. I don't have a fleet of kiosks, I don't do trade shows, I simply need 2 surveys running in my lobby. Survey Sparrow was too expensive to justify for my use.

sometimes the logic didn't respond as needed. BUT. customer service is on point and very helpful

A lot more expensive for an upgrade than other services

I like that it's integrated to my already existing account with Sendinblue. It's easy to use and great for our clients.

It was a little confusing at first, but once diving in it's much easier to understand!
