Very good survey tool

easy to use and has lots of features to use and can integrate with several softwares

The price. I have a small subcommittee and just needed to survey everyone about their ideas. This was perfect!

Amazing for college work
What do you like best about the product?
With the simplicity of the software, I was able to create a really well-designed and simple survey that was useful for a really important college research work.

Nothing in particular, maybe the excel export wasn't the best

Very easy to use and simple to understand. Also user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing it's actually helpful. I enjoy it a lot, I can't wait to use it even more for sure!

We are able to get insights from our customers and understand their needs. We are able to choose customer packages that are beneficial.

Customisation ability with Zendesk was really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Took a while to work things out however the FAQs are detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Survey limitations with Zendesk are challenging so this is where SP came in.

I like how clean the UI was as well as how easy it was to use.

Nothing that I can remember. I used another plate form because of the price point being better.

I needed up using another platform because of pricing but did like the interface that survey sparrow had.

I had some trouble with the option for skipping questions based on specific answers, sometimes it worked.

The interface is very intuitive, it is easy to create surveys. Additionally, it is visually beautiful.

Nothing particular to report, except for the 15-day trial period. That is a bit too short.

Have surveys with different options like multiple choice, etc.

It was very user-friendly, and the customer service rep was very attentive and reached out to see if there were any questions that I had in regards to creating surveys and implementing them.

I think that there could be a little more features offered and I thought that there could also be more options as far as templates go. There wasn't much to choose from that related to my industry so it was difficult to put something together based off of what types of questions I needed.

Creating and conducting surveys. I mainly was trying to create surveys that I could send out after events that we hold to get more feedback from our attendees. The benefits that I realize are that it provides and easy way to build forms and surveys and an efficient way for them to be delivered.

The ease of setting up skip logic and similar operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free trial allowed me to do a survey up with to 100 responses, but on the pdf report not all the questions are shown.
