Data collection and analysis for impactful results
What do you like best about the product?
1. The signup process for SurveySparrow was really smooth and seamless. I was able to open an account very fast and easily, thus saving my precious time. The dashboard and user interface were really clean.
2. Mostly we require complex survey forms for various data collection and analysis, this is a very time-consuming process. Due to this, we need a perfect platform that may convert
complex surveys into simple ones. By using SureveySparrow I have produced simple but
meaningful outputs, and easily understandable graphics representations.
3. Data collection is worthless if it is not analysed and the outcome is not understandable to the team. The export feature of SurveySparrow, helps me to export the survey data into an Excel sheet and I can easily customize the output and present it to my team.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Even though it is a great platform and I use it for various data analysis work, the pricing of this platform is on the higher side compared to other platforms available for the same type of work. So the price can be slightly reduced.
2. Though the user interface is seamless and smooth, it is difficult for a new user to adapt. The users may require some technical knowledge or a short guide, in the beginning, to adapt to the platform and use it professionally with full potential.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enterprises like ours that are in the field of IT services and content distribution are required to gather survey data and analyse the feedback, engagement and a lot more from within and outside the enterprise. SurveySparrow is a great survey platform for interactive survey collection and export. It has helped me to conduct questionnaires and surveys for employee engagement and customer feedback for the type of improvement we can have.

Primary tool for secondary research. Gives analytics and insights.

Nothing as such. Product is helpful. Ui can be better.

It supports various kinds of surveys including NPS surveys, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement survey. It provides mobile responsive surveys. It provides survey logic and a branching feature to create dynamic surveys.

There is nothing to dislike about it or any of its features.

It provides survey logic and a branching feature that helps to improve user engagement and customer satisfaction. It provides a centralized feedback feature through which we can manage and analyze customer responses. It helps the team to analyze customer trends which helps to make data-driven decisions.
Versatile Survey Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of building surveys and the variety of question types answered.
What do you dislike about the product?
Reviewing reports about surveys submitted is not as user-friendly as building the survey. It feels like it takes a few too many clicks to get to what I am trying to review.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Gathering information from a large number of people and avoiding sending individual emails to get this information.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that they provide a wide range of forms for me to choose from for every occasion I may have. Forms are creatve and beautifully designed.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not encountered any issues using SurverySparrow which is why I keep using it.

Robust Survey Software With Lots Of Good Features
What do you like best about the product?
I use SurveySparrow to collect data from my email copywriting prospects. I was able to create simple survey's that look professional and I can automatically send the data into a Google document to review which makes things really simple. I like that there are lots of options for customizing survey's with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall I don't have anything specific I found that I dislike about the software. I've found some other "one time" pay survey solutions but ultimately they don't offer the same amount of features so you get what you pay for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it to collect data from new clients so I can better serve them on copywriting projects. This really helps me narrow down my clients needs and deliver exceptional service to them.

Survey simplicity. Needed to be more straight forward.

Onboarding takes a bit time, but once onboarded, you can start the feedback journey.

What do you like best about the product?
Tons of question options with easy to use platform, logics, and great built in reporting.

There is not much to dislike as the tool is affordable and provides good value.

SurveySparrow allows us to easily create surveys for our customers and obtain valuable feedback to improve our business.
Nice Alternative to Survey Monkey
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow creates professional looking surveys with an easy to use interface. It was very simple to set up the survey as we wanted it and to get the link out to our volunteers. I found it even easier to use than Survey Monkey had been. Our volunteers found the survey easy to follow and complete, which is a plus when dealing with people having different levels of tech comfort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is the biggest downside for us. As a non-profit we watch every penny and the cost was relatively high versus the number of times we will use SurveySparrow for feedback.
The second downside for me is getting data out from text based survey questions. I did not find an easy was to get these results into a report. Now, I did not do a deep dive into help for this. If I find an easy way to get this data out, I'll amend this remark.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Volunteers can be difficult to get helpful feedback from. SurveySparrow has given us a useful platform for retrieving this feedback so we can make our volunteers' experience in serving more joyful and fulfilling for them. It has helped us find gaps in our training processes and in our volunteer appreciation efforts which we have been able to fill in.
