SurveySparrow is easy to use, affordable, and provides high quality insights.
What do you like best about the product?
We loved SurveySparrow over the competitors because of their great user experience, beautiful design, and ease of use. Their prices being as low as they are in comparison also was an easy decision maker! We also love the ability to use their network to get participants in our surveys!
What do you dislike about the product?
There was not much that we feel SurveySparrow lacks in the area of SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love to learn from our internal employees and external customers on how they feel our services currently compare to others, ways we can improve, and we love getting suggestions from both on how we can always offer a better experience.
Templates forever!
What do you like best about the product?
I found the templates very useful and insightful for my survey. It helped me deepen my survey

the name of a template misled me and I thought I the platform doesn't have what I need. Eventually, I found the huge database
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A great benefit was in that I found all the needed questions in one place for my survey. I added a couple of relevant questions and I was done.

I wish there were video options. I would like to see surveys that allow video responses.

Survey sparrow has allowed me to resolve my feedback challenges with my clients.
Best service, some features a bit expensive
What do you like best about the product?
The service was more than excellent. I needed a particular solution; there was always a support team helping me and giving me the best solutions they could.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the price is relatively high. Even though it rounds around market prices, the best deals are always for the yearly plan, and a big increment is observed if the quarterly is chosen

I needed a provisional solution to survey my customers prior giving them a full service. The platform had all the features I could need: file-sharing, easy logic and programming of questions, a very easy to use pipeline

Thankfully we didn't find anything that restricted us!

We were able to survey all of our employees mental health and wellbeing during lockdown. The insights we were able to gather allowed us to deploy capital towards the benefits that our employees truely valued!
Best survey tool out there
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of setting up and beautiful analytics make it a must have. The UI is super friendly than just plain old Google Forms

Maybe a reduce the price, otherwise its a fantastic product

Have used it for my indie hacker software as a service business to target to my users uniquely, it helps me understand my users and get feedback without a hassle.
I personally am not great with marketing and doing user research so survey sparrow makes it very easy for me to offload that and work on things that matter

Chat makes a difference!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the capacity to have chat style forms as well as traditional forms makes a big difference.
This is a very powerful feature for making "form filling" not feel like form filling.

It is unclear on whether there is HIPAA certification for use in the health industry.

More familiarity with a chat style interface for people - it feels like text messaging or messenger instead of filling in a form.
TOTAL GAMECHANGER FOR SURVEYS
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many design options and survey types to choose from, and that I can make it so beautiful. It allows our survey to be on brand and I have no doubt that our customers love filling them out more than other surveys we've had in the past!

Wouldn't fault a thing! Love SurveySparrow!

I have used Survey Sparrow all of my college life and I wouldn't have done it differently
