User Interface - easy for beginners and experts to pick up
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all of the reporting is what I'm used to. Would like to see this improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Complexity of other solutions. The bl benefit is even junior staff have been able to use it

What do you like best about the product?
Our team loves the features of survey sparrow's builder and design's. It'll help us to design and share forms quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to improve the form building experience for mobile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We onboard new users using survey sparrow. A d get feedback, and we take survey's from our customers. And new employees onboarding.

What do you like best about the product?
The provided support and the user-friendly platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no written guide or videos for the 360 evaluation (helping to create the questionnaire), and there is no corrector for the typos. It will be great to have the same tool you have in this evaluation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To process a 360° evaluation for our Co-Directors.

What do you like best about the product?
User Friendly Interface , Easy to use and intuitive Tool with added advantage of affordable to use .
It has Robust features - branching logic, huge upgrades, Chat style surveys- helps create execellent survey within short duration
superb presentation of data
faster user engagement, one can complete the survey faster and in one sitting instead of filling in installments
What do you dislike about the product?
Platform should be analytical with methodologies to capture numbers and then reflect as charts which will help in data analytics and decision

wanted to conduct survey on Machine Learning tools, used this tool and get responses quicky due to effectiveness and ease of tool

What do you like best about the product?
I love all of the customization options available! You can use radio buttons, check boxes, text boxes, and you can set which fields require a response and which need to be left blank.
Survey Sparrow allows you to easily create custom surveys, and delivers the results straight to your inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight learning curve. When making my first survery I had to save it, review it, and then go back to make format changes a few times before it was exactly what I wanted, but at least it's easy to make changes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Survey Sparrow to collect client information before meetings so that I know what products to go over that would interest them most. It's a great customizable tool that helps me to be organized and prepared.

What do you like best about the product?
The UI and UX is exceptional, I love how easily it integrates with other CRM software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like the survey loading time, as well as the analytics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has made it much easier to keep, update and share reviews/ customer testimonials. Also gives us a whiff of where we stand in terms of customer satisfaction.

Great alternative to Survey Monkey

What do you like best about the product?
I like the clean UI/UX and affordable pricing. The active customer support is also a big plus!
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much but wish there was a monthly pricing module - currently, it is either quarterly or annually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a more affordable alternative to Survey Monkey and it is solving that problem

Excellent Product and Intuitive Interface

What do you like best about the product?
It is an excellent product. The interface is very intuitive, so it is easy to create surveys quickly. I like that it is compatible with google spreadsheets (& docs etc.), and the layout of the survey results is also very clear and well-presented. The customize options are a nice addition too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really... Perhaps the settings for the survey could be displayed immediately before or after the options to write questions. It would be helpful to see the settings (for assigning a deadline and limiting the number of respondents etc) by default, but that is a minor point because they are not that difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wanted honest feedback from my students about the course. It has been very easy to set up the survey on Sparrow and my students have also found it easy to complete the survey. It's great for everyone!
