Super stylish surveys! Top notch versatility. All around awesome platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Super customizable in every way! So much versatility. Very stylish visuals, and super user-friendly as well! I'm not very experienced in creating surveys for work, but Survey Sparrow made it super simple to plug and play or make it as company-specific as I wanted. I loved it!
What do you dislike about the product?
The prices are a bit steap, don't you think? People just want to create surveys. They don't want to sacrifice their firstborn child to make it happen though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave me a classy way of getting info to people and getting data back.

If you have the finances necessary, it's the perfect platform!

What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the questions that SurevySparrow asks and how interesting these questions always are so I am never bored when I'm taking these surveys. I always forget that I'm doing it for a prize because I genuinely enjoy answering all the questions that they ask me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like how I get surveys sent to me less than often because it makes it harder to collect prizes. I wish to get more surveys sent to me in the future so that I can have a better experience while using SurveySparrow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am getting to answer questions about health, politics, economics, eduacation, technology, and a lot more. Some of the benefits I realized while taking those surveys is how my opinions are actually helping the askers as they are essential for their statistics and understanding how humans tend to think and act.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you like to take surveys to collect a little money, I would one hundred percent recommend SurveySparrow. My advice for a better experience is to check your email regularly when using this website and read the questions carefully so that you can give an honest answer.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be better in adding another tier, i.e., smallest package is 25k, and we usually only send out 5k max a month
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product feature set usage and importance as well as overall needs of the customers that are not being met by another solution
Survey sparrow hasn't let us down in terms of capabilities!

We like that the survey responses are tied back to the email that responded so we can solve problems from an NPS standpoint

We wanted to be able to combine survey results but there may not be a way.
Another thing that would be nice is sometimes the survey contacts don't upload properly and when we go to send a survey to the list, the list is actually a list of "0", but it doesn't give an error message and sends it anyways to 0 people. It would be nice if there was a pop-up that said "the list is empty" or something like that.

We are able to determine whether our customers are happy and how our contractors are treating our customers.

It's a cost effective solution to NPS surveys and has all the features we need.
Easy to use and looks great!

Creating surveys is a simple process and the outcome looks professional and design oriented. Makes you want to actually take a survey unlike other survey platforms. And it was free!
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes! Platform was user friendly and intuitive and I would highly recommend it to others in the industry. Much better than other survey platforms.

Easy approach to new hire company assessments. Made it simple for managers to assess staff. Also great for acquiring client reviews. Everything lands in one consolidated place that is easy to access.

We love how visually beautiful our surveys are, and the integrations between apps, along with the embed features for our website, are great and easy to use.

There is nothing that we dislike so far. We are pleased with SurveySparrow.

Modifying user info was annoying and costly - at times we would just have to buy a new survey.
