Standard Features with Great UI/UX
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity and UI/UX are great features
What do you dislike about the product?
There is more customization needed for SurveySparrow to compete with bigger players like Qualtrics. Reporting/dashboarding needs more investment. You should be able to have settings that can apply to multiple questions (colors, response scale groupings, etc.)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Meeting companies survey needs.
A modern, simple to use survey tool
What do you like best about the product?
Survey sparrow has nailed both their front and back end interfaces. It's super simple to create a modern, user friendly survey that not only looks great but is super responsive too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue I found was adding multiple fields for things like address, where it could benefit from a bit more customisation
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this for customer exit surveys, and small promotions, both of which work extremely well
SurveySparrow is the most easy to use, affordable, solid tool for surveys and much more.
What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow's interface is lovely and super easy to follow. In addition, there are short video guides that make it even easier to use more advanced features.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, but I am still exploring all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The surveys that I was making in google forms seemed very limited in functionality and looked boring, but the surveys in SurveySparrow look more clean, polished, and functional. Even the reporting analytics feature is excellent.
I got inspired on use SurveySparrow because I answered a feedback request that was done there!

Its usability and user-friendly templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
For what I need it to, so far, nothing!!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is excellent for career evaluation surveys/feedbacks. The tool's usability is super user-friendly for both to create and to answer forms.

I highly recommend it due to its usability.

no free options could be a good idea to have a basic plan

I used SurveySparrow for academic research, I found it very useful, as I told specially the report option

An amazing and powerful tool for surveys, I only used it once for academic purposes, but I love it.

It has great designs that are very easy to edit and a lot of options to make the survey simpler for the user

That the free version only allows to see the data for a very short time.

I get to know what my audience wants and it was a direct channel to get those answers.
