Simple and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I was able to figure out how to use it on my own fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not so much a dislike; it just takes a few times to get better at it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was having a hard time receiving feedback. Now it is easier for me to be aware of the experience of others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's one of the easiest platforms I found for this type of work.

Some features like piped choices etc are really cool and underrated. However making a form majorly depends on how you want the data to flow onto your spreadsheets or analytical software that you use. So, every type of response system has a different way of showing that. It helps to check how data is flowing on your database, before making your form live

The visuals while creating the survey and the ability to see the finished survey on different device screens.

Support is often slow and non-existent on weekends

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoyed the power of the platform. It provided a variety of options beyond a standard survey tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface was actually a bit overwhelming, which is why in a pinch I had to use Microsoft Forms for the workshop evaluation survey.

Trying to deliver a survey with images to share insight on specific content from a workshop.

SurveySparrow is Great for Getting Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
We were looking around for the best solution to create a lead generation survey, but we didn't want to go through all of the setup steps that other platforms require before you can create your survey. Survey Sparrow UI is clean, intuitive, and has everything we needed to capture leads. Awesome tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really can't think of anything I dislike. There have been several improvements over the years. For instance, I really like the addition of video surveys and have been thinking of using them soon.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collecting information from prospects has always been a crucial part of knowing if we can offer a solution for them. Now that I can create and promote these surveys quickly to get responses to validate a high quality lead.
Better than Survey Monkey
What do you like best about the product?
Set up, appearance, and conditional questions are better and easier than Survey Monkey.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting features are not as customizable as I'd like. But it's still better than the alternative.

Great app with many options, good tech support
What do you like best about the product?
We have used Google Form, outgrow, Jotform and consider many others before we settled down with SurveySparrow. The team in SurveySparrow by far has been most accommodating to our complex requirement which needs the survey to point to dynamic URLs on our website based on the user selection.
There are good templates to start you off, and tech support is right there all the way.

What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to have easier email results to users and admin in one action instead of 2 with a fair few steps. The custom plan billing is a little clunky. But all in all, great app and great people to work with.

A complex survey that needs to lead to our website, pointing dynamically to different URLs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good program for surveys, quizzes, and simple forms. If you have complex formatted forms in pdf, SurveySparrow is not quite a fit.
Quiz / survey logics are robust, and the tech support makes this app stands out from the crowd.
