When updating after the free trial I discovered that one of the question types I liked to use wasn't in the plan.
This meant I needed to upgrade from 19$/month to 50$/month, but I only can pay this plan yearly...

My SurveySparrow surveys are easy to customize into my brand colors and also easy to embed.
Using survey sparry was a very smooth experience

The various options selection helped me in choosing my own customized survey

Lack of Automation and AI can automatically direct me towards my goal, instead of me investigating.

It's bridging the gap between companies which need data points to study and its customer base who expect certain things. It surely helped with my study of the opinion of Indian population towards automobile market.

We have been using Survey Sparrow last 6-7 months. I like the customization options provided. It user friendly. There is the freedom to make the survey look however you want. It gives complete control and makes life easy. The updates in the email template made it easy to customize.
