Survey Sparrow - Great tool for building Custom Surveys
What do you like best about the product?
>>Love the variety of options offered (like the ability to build it from scratch with specific items or to make use of the preexisting templates for your Customer feedback,Employee engagement,offline surveys,etc..)
>>Apart from the customizations,very impressed with the reporting and the extraction of the insights gained from the survey set up
>>Additional thing is the versatility of getting integrated with the other tools especially we use Freshdesk as our ticketing software and we can have it integrated with that.

>>Pricing can be improvised

>>Helped us shift from the basic survey with limited options to the one format where you can customize the options and have the enduser submit responses with ease.Bonus is reaching out to the target audience has become so easy with SurveySparrow

Great survey tool! Super easy and has great functionality!
What do you like best about the product?
What I really like about surveysparrow is the ease of use. We use it to send customers email satisfaction feedback and it has great tools to see how customers respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only issue is we use it once every few months and I wish they had a better plan/rate for this.

Customer feedback and engagement. We did not have a tool for this until we started using surveysparrow.
Good option for online, off-line surveys and customer feedback chatbot

Managing your reviews and feedback with SurveySparrow
What do you like best about the product?
This is a good management platform for analyzing feedbacks and surveys from customers. The best feature of this platform is its user-friendly interface and customization of the survey forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The survey templates available on the platform are limited and the pricing of advanced features is higher than expectation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SurveySparrow has eased the way of interacting with customers for collecting their feedback regarding the services they acquired. It has helped to gain their attention and increase the quality of services through analyzing the feedback using the features in this platform.
It is good until you want to cancel
What do you like best about the product?
It's a good tool for surveys, I used it for a project I had and it works well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had a really frustrating experience with Survey Sparrow, and I must say it was far from pleasant. I decided to cancel my plan a few days ago, and now it claims I'm on a free plan. That's not what I signed up for. I paid for a full year, but I can't access the plan anymore. It's utterly infuriating.
I contacted their support, and it was like talking to a brick wall. They told me that since I canceled an active subscription plan, the features are frozen. Okay, I get it, but I paid for a full year, and I just wanted access until it expires, with no auto-renewal. They insisted that I have to pay an extra fee to reactivate it, which makes absolutely no sense.
I even asked for a refund, but they shot me down, claiming it's against their policy. It's like they're following some robotic script instead of trying to help me get what I want. As a startup worker, I've dealt with numerous services, and this is hands down the worst cancellation experience I've ever had in the ecosystem. It's beyond disappointing.
I canceled because they automatically charged me for another year without any renewal email. Now they want me to pay more for a plan I already paid for. It's absurd! All I wanted was to use the tool until my original subscription expires, without any auto-renewal, and it feels like they're making it unnecessarily complicated. Survey Sparrow seriously needs to step up their game when it comes to customer support and billing policies. This whole experience was a major letdown.

What do you like best about the product?
It's so easy to create and send surveys without any instructions. The surveys are more conversational than a typical answer to the question pattern.
What do you dislike about the product?
The customization options are very limited. The exported reports can only be read online which is also a little drawback.

It has purely replaced all manual ways of fetching feedback from customers and employees, We were struggling before doing everything manually and SurveySparrow is a great option to conduct surveys and asses NPS metrics with it's ease of use.

It helps us gather feedbacks through various customised questioneres,We can fetch real time reports. It helps us to understand our customers finer needs and improvise our services.

It has definately helped to have a improvised cusotmer experience. Quick and easy conversational forms helps save time for us as well as for our customers. Qulity of of business has improved .

The upsides for SurveySparrow are as follows -
1. The onboarding process regarding SurveySparrow is very efficient. One doesn't requires to spend ridiculous amount of time opening up the accounts. Which helps in retention of the client.
2. Data collection required to create a healthy data dictionary requires heterogenous complex data. What I find best of SurveySparrow is that one can create simpler surveys and stitch them out into the final report.
3. The data analysis in SurveySparrow is top notch and out of league.
It has saved me hundreds of hours for compiling the entire data into the final report. It provides adequate data to present them at a conference or add in the final reports without much editing.

We at our organisation use SurveySparrow to see the market sentiment and getting feedback from our customers. We check the engagements of our products pre launch and take the feedback and export it into our final annual reports to hand it over to our engineers to improve on the products. We lately used it among our team internally to get them answer few critical office culture issues anonymously. Overall its a quite good feature packed offering with only its price being the real disadvantage.
