A comprehensive platform for all your survey and data collection needs
What do you like best about the product?
The platform basically has all features required for surveys or feedback-related activities. Multiples sample themes ( Visual) and pre-made templates ( Like Employee satisfaction survey ) are very useful for small and medium scale enterprises.
Auto/custom reporting and graphical display of survey results are also very relevant and beautifully depicted. Display logic also works well.
Theiy also have amultiple options for integration like google sheets , mail chimp etc. The fully functional trial version is also very helpful as compared to limited trials by other competitors.

What do you dislike about the product?
The help center is a little old school. They can make it more engaging and integrate it where the help is needed instead of moving out to a new help desk page. The integration with Google sheets should have a periodic or trigger-based auto updation. Currently, it requires to update manually at times
In case a user had left a survey in between and he tries to login and fills the survey again then they should have some automated option to either continue from where they left or restart from scratch instead of making duplicate entries . Although they can be filtered later but that action can be avoided
The costing can also be made a little affordable for Asian countries.
In some places, the auto-created visual report is not relevant for example the place where the field name is mentioned or you can say where there are more chances of unique inputs.

A modern UI with just the right amount of flexible features and a well-documented API that actually works

Sudden changes in API documentation without notification to users (i.e. changing endpoint URLs for European users)

Building survey tools for my own end users, SurveySparrow has proved to be just the right "white label" solution
A good product with too many paywalls

Lots of flexibility and options, all presented well. We've had good responses from support on the whole.
What do you dislike about the product?
Far too many paywalls, with some basic features reserved for the very highest tiers. there are things I would happily pay for, but the charges are ridiculous prices, and you can only upgrade for a minimum of 6 months! Every conversation I had seemed to end with "you need to sign up for 6 months of business to get that" - which is around £600.
There is still an emphasis on collecting large-scale results from lots of people over fewer, more qualitative results, specifically when it comes to the presentation of reporting.

Typeform is a great platform, but we found it too difficult to get reports from one-to-one questionnaires out in a useable format. Note that the question below, "For what purpose do you use Surveysparrow", doesn't give us an appropriate option.
