Great program overall, lots of options and features.
What do you like best about the product?
I really enjoyed survey sparrow. In fact, I find its options and features better than survey monkey. The person assigned to my file was also very helpful in providing me with a comprehensive overview of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked about this program and the reason we ultimately didn't use it was that we weren't able to just pay to send a single survey, we would have needed at minimum a 3-month subscription. Since we only need to send one survey each year - employee engagement survey. This program was not feasible for us. In the future, we would consider using this program if such a thing was made available.

We intended to send an employee engagement survey to confidentially get some insights from them.

I liked after support the most. Really appreciate it.

Add more compatibility features with Gmail.

When expensive. Should have an custome made option as well irrespective of Ticket value.

I wanted good looking surveys that I can connect with my email list and that's what I got.
Great value and nice UX
What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to set up and use however the reasons I eventually went with it were pricing & the sleek design. I wanted something that is straigth-forward, easy-to-fill, and wouldn't end up in too much churn. And this one delivered.

Nothing, does what it is expected from a tool like that.

Market research. UX was phenomenal - similar to typeform just cheaper

I have used it once for outside of business matters to try the chatbot survey method to see how useful it was. It was really nice and I think the tool is easy to use
It is a very good software for creating and analysing surveys.

Cases, the feature that lets the user create appropriate actions based on responses.

The prices could be a little cheaper or a special package for students could be added at a cheaper price.

I like how I can create conditiion on it and make is very specific to my usecase, I also like the templates

After research, Survey Sparrow took care of all my needs without fuss

I appreciate the free trial, the aspects they allow you to use without cost, and the way they do not pressure you to purchase a plan to utilize the services of the site. Because of that, I purchased a subscription

I felt the logic side of surveys wasn't very clear, but I did figure it out after some paying around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped us to organize a wedding during covid - different restrictions, meals, buses. It was a great way to collect info from lots of guests without being overwhelmed. It easily put everything into an excel report I could use for our venue. I also liekd that I could add other owners to the account, so other in the wedding could help me track everything.
