The best typeform platform that is easy for the creator and also for the clients
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to create surveys with many options in the question types.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I did not like about the feature or the functions available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wanted to know the feeling of the clients with our products. I was able to reach more and the option with the question type was very helpful in understanding the customer needs
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a wonderful tool to engage with customers, receiving feedback. Not only for external internally I use it for onboarding new employees and employee engagement. Very easy to use.

Not much - answer (to question) variables do not update when editing an existing survey.

Survey Sparrow has great templates that are easy to use. I also like the notifications and stats on the survey I sent out.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any suggestions at this point.

I haven't experienced any problems yet. Benefits have been great. Easy way to get honest feedback from customer/client feedback.

The sales team were very patient in understanding my requirements and suggesting the right plan and solution.

Great Platform
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, and if you ever have a question, you can contact support; they are prompt, knowledgeable and cordial. It's also easy to use for those filling out the survey

No complaints so far. I am thoroughly enjoying the platform

We are able to survey our customers and employees on various subjects, such as employee satisfaction, benefits preferences, and catering and event feedback from our customers.

Not enough question types is what comes to my mind. Apart from that, worked great for me.

I've used it so far to create UX survey forms, have seen good response rates.

The chat feature is very cool. I love that it makes the forms more conversational.

Very little, I feel like the integrations and features are getting there!

I am collecting information from clients for intake. It definitely helps to organize that and make the process more efficient.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature of your website's interface. It's easy to use, it doesn't have a bunch of aggravating ads, distractions or gimmicky pop ups that take away from the experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult for some of my coworkers to access some of the links I sent them and it was difficult for me to trouble shoot at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I always have an issue nailing down meeting times with volunteers and coworkers. I hate tracking them down for an answer and then figuring out which dates and times work best on my own. So surveys make all of that easier.
