What do you like best about the product?
SurveySparrow does an excellent job when it comes to Survey Presence, feeling clean while maintaining a detailed and engaging feel when taking surveys. It does not have any limitations, and everything I needed was there for me to test out and build upon. The UX has a nice feel to it, and you get a chance to see the craftsmanship that gives this product a lot of potential. My favorite and their most prominent feature throughout the software would include the various dashboards you can import, allowing you to read your data across multiple surveys while seeing everything on one screen. You can start a trial for their software free of charge, and even if you aren't sure whether it's something you want at the moment, they will allow you to extend your trial, once again free.
What do you dislike about the product?
While SurveySparrow is doing a good job when it comes to surveying design and feel, their UI can feel a bit clunky at times, and while the user end feels quite nice, there are sometimes where I feel as though there isn't enough direction or sometimes parts of the software can feel like they're missing until I find it in a place I'm not expecting it. The software came out in 2017, so given it's relatively new, there are updates rolled out to fix these sorts of issues, and it's easy to forgive them for those cons when there are a lot more pro's to it. Compared to other software, it can also get very pricy, with their lowest plan coming in at 10 users for $99 a month, and all the way up to $500 a month for enterprise. It's for sure not a software for your average SMB, and for the features, I would say it wouldn't be worth it if you are looking for something on the low end.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
WIth SurveySparrow, I can see my data all in one place, without having to compare it manually through different surveys individually. It allows me to be more efficient when comparing data, and reacting to changes I need to make.

The purchase process was very smooth. The product is very robust and powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some amount of manual effort required for follow-ups. The setup is a little complicated, but you would have the help you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are running our NPS surveys through SurveySparrow. There is a massive improvement in our response rates. The ability to create custom reports is a cool feature to have.

Not, being able to customize the form. I do like how TypeForm has "Jump Logic" were you can recall old information and bring it back.

Surveys for Visual People!
What do you like best about the product?
We recently started using SurveySparrow after having dabbled in a number of other survey methods. For me it was all about the visual impression. Rather than being just a series of questions, this survey experience offered more of the graphic/visual view that as a marketer, I wanted associated with our brand.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are certainly some kinks, however the team at SurveySparrow are very responsive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently using it for client feedback and previously have tested it internally for staff surveys.
Good but I don't love the subscription options.
What do you like best about the product?
This was a great way to do surveys with clients, and the presentation and reports were great from a layout and readability standpoint. I also thought customer support was excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
My business only needs surveys occasionally. I still had to pay for a yearly subscription, and even if I canceled, I had to pay half of the total subscription cost anyway! As a small company, this is frankly a serious turn-off. As I bill my clients for project-related expenses, if you charged my $50 to conduct a single survey, I would happily pay that and bill the client for these costs. Then I wouldn't be stuck paying for a tool I don't need all year, and you would have a significant payment for your services anyway. Just a thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was a great way to save time creating a survey without relying on my design team to build it from scratch. It was also great to have the reports and the ability to edit the survey after it went live (if there were errors or the situation changed). It was also already laid out in a way I felt comfortable presenting to the client.
